Location

The hotel is set amongst the farmland of British Colombia in an area which is excellent for fishing a skiing. The building is located at the corner of Columbia Street and Notre Dame. It offers guests the perfect stop-over between Banff, Calgary, Jasper and Edmonton towards Vancouver. Roughly a 5-minute drive from the hotel is the town centre of Kamloops. It is also conveniently close to the Sahali shopping centre and the local Wal Mart. This establishment is situated near to a bus station and the Aberdeen Mall shopping centre. A wide range of restaurants is to be found a few minutes' walk away.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 81 non-smoking rooms. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. There are a number of shops as well. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Other services include an alarm call service, a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the outdoor pool area. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including skiing, a gym, a spa, a sauna, hydrotherapy treatments and hiking. Ski passes are available locally.

    We stayed at Accent Inns Kamloops from April 23–26 for a lacrosse tournament and booked multiple rooms for our team. I would highly recommend this hotel for teams and families.The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped. Even standard rooms include thoughtful amenities like a good-sized mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and dishes — which made it easy to store and prepare food for team meals.The location is excellent — close to everything you need. The hotel also has a great outdoor setup with picnic tables and BBQs - very helpful for team meals.What really stood out was the staff. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even allowing us to use space in their commercial fridge. This made a huge difference in organizing meals for a large group and helped make the weekend run smoothly.A big thank you to the team at Accent Inns for going above and beyond — we truly appreciated it and would absolutely stay here again.

    Wonderful 1-night stay

    The hotel is just a couple of seconds off the highway, which is really comfortable. And don't you worry about noise in your rooms, there's insane noise cancelation. The area is beautiful, honestly, we were impressed by Kamloops even though we only stayed for the night. Rooms were super clean, new, and well-maintained, plus they have the coolest led lights for extra ambient lighting. Our favorite thing was the hotel's mascots, the rubber duckies, which you can find everywhere (there's a ducky in the bathroom which is yours to take 🙂). They have a pool, which we didn't get to try 🫤. There's no breakfast, which is the only mildly negative thing, however the area is full of good options for cheap food, like Tim Horton's, KFC, Wendy's, McDonalds, plus a ton of supermarkets. Oh, and there's plenty of free on-site parking as well. 100% recommended.     We stayed in this hotel back in 2019 and were so impressed, we stopped here again (Aug. 2/25). The front desk could not have been friendlier, and so accommodating for a last minute booking. I still have my duck from my last visit, and now 'Lucky Ducky' has a new friend, "Kamloops Katie". I love the quirkiness of the sayings in the room - Soap - "You know where your hands have been"..."We give a duck - no really, there is one in your room'. etc. Best hotel on our trip so far (3 1/2 weeks on the road this time).     This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Everything was very clean and despite a bit of wear on the bathroom fixtures everything was great. The location is prime with every commerical shop option you could possibly want. They even opened the pool early for me when I asked about it. Would absolutely stay again!     A place to rest your head.

    A great clean stop to rest our heads. We drove from whistler to kamloops beautiful scenery. We were pleased when we had a lovely man checking us in, he told us about free tea, coffee and hot chocolate in the reception. Unfortunately the pool was closed - which we did know in advance anyway. Great room with tea and coffee facilities also in room also fridge/freezer kettle and microwave. Iron and ironing board. Sofa and table. a/c unit was pretty noisy - also the walls must be paper thin as you can hear lots while trying to get to sleep. The bed is super comfy. Small bathroom but does what it says on the tin. After reading other reviews they mentioned about the ducks, you get one duck to get home to remember your stay. When going to reception the lovely man who checked us in gave us all the ducks they have. So very kind!Thank you for a very pleasant stay.
