    We will not be staying there ever again. Could not use the pool as some kids had thrown soap in it and noone was there to clean/filter it, the fan in the bathroom of 329 would not stop. The electrical unit in the bathroom in 329 did not work so could not use my hair products, we booked room 2 rooms and neither room got serviced even though we did not hang anything on the door. The cleaners were outside the door when we left and we told them we were leaving for the day and to feel free to enter. We paid alot of money for subpar service. When we brought this to the attention of the staff..the clerk voiced she was the only one working but if I wanted sheet to do the beds, she could provide them. This was THE worst service and hotel ever in my life. We were offered nothing in return for this aweful and unbelievable lack of service.     I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.     Poor customer satisfaction. Don't rent their 2 Br suites.

    I booked a 2 bedroom suite. The common living area in the room had no windows and no air exchange. The suite looked like a converted storage closet. No windows, no light except for stark white LEDs , no air conditioner, no air circulation. The most expensive room in the hotel. I had reserved this month's prior to host a funeral reception. Upon arrival, I noted my disappointment with front desk. There were no other options available except to rent their $600 per night conference room. I asked for a discount and was denied any compensation. I paid $800 for closet.     Hotel had down market feel, flimsy plastic glasses are not a good image. Room was comfortable and clean, lift v slow.
