The hotel has 203 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 3 storeys and are reachable by a lift. The reception desk is open round the clock.     The hotel itself is nice, however, I was extremely disappointed in the restaurant. The pull apart bread was microwaved and obviously days old. Overall not a great experience with the food, service was great though. Don't recommend.

    Only stayed 1 night luckily. the room was cold and furthest from the front desk. Tired to call reception to report cold room phone not work .used my mobile to the hotel. maintenance came said it was fixed. 30mins later still cold could not fix the phone . so called the hotel again. they came with a electric heather .poor area to stay.

    A conventional hotel, adequately operated, but with no charm or allure. Attached restaurant had very few vegetarian items on offer, meaning we had to find food elsewhere

    The gym is bad, same with the “city view”

    I went to this hotel and it’s disappointing, I asked for a city view on the second or third floor but instead I got a room with a pool view, The gym is very limited having older basic and worn equipment ( for example with the straps from the bike missing.) TL:DR older worn gym equipment room, pool view when asked for city view.

    Stayed overnight on way to Jasper. Room on 3rd floor overlooking the main road but good insulation on windows made it peaceful. Good size room with comfy bed, a/c , cold fridge. Had a swim in the good size indoor pool ( bit overpowering with chemicals).Feel a continental breakfast should be in the room rate.Would return.
