    Surprise me more then this

    Washing basin is just next to the room door!!!! First time I ever saw it!!! The toilet room includes shower but you can’t close the door while using the toilet😂😂😂when you come to take the breakfast you don’t have place to sit!

    We stopped here on the way between Golden and Squamish and it was a restful quality stop. We appreciated the free parking spot. Aberdeen Mall is at walking distance and has a food court, but it closes (too) early. Because of lack of on-site dinner facilities we ended up dining in neighbouring Best Western Premier Aberdeen Kamloops.     Great for a stopover

    Stopped over here for 1 night on our way through to Whistler. Everything was what we needed. The kids had a nice time in the outdoor pool and we had a nice time in the hot tub. Nice size room to sort out our cases, very clean, and a good nights sleep. Breakfast in the morning had everything we needed.     Stayed for one night on our journey home. Had originally booked the wrong date through a third party and were advised by them we couldn't cancel as it was non refundable. Contacted the hotel direct and was advised on the procedure to cancel. The hotel spoke to the third party and accepted our cancellation. We then booked direct with the hotel. We were very pleased with the assistance given to us by Diyita, we could not have done it without her help. She went above and beyond to assist us and we were very grateful for her kindness.Overall we were pleased with our room and the cleanliness. Breakfast was included and tasted good.On checking out, the young man assisting at the counter offered to help us carry out our luggage.     We wanted a hotel that wouldn't break the bank, just a clean and quiet place to sleep at the end of a long day. Had a very quick check-in and despite the location our room was very quiet and comfortable. Didn't think much of the buffet breakfast, but it was included so no reason to really complain.
