    Basic and Inexpensive stay - nice renovation and convenient location

    We usually stay at Comfort Inns, but this worked out on our two-week road trip. Basic room, but they did the renovation very well. We're used to sloppy renovations, but the owners here did their renovation right - neat, and perfect. Small rooms, but the price is right. Comfortable beds.Location is great - Starbucks, Original Joe restaurant, Dollarama and Rexall drugs are just down the street, plus a huge mall across the highway.

    Was kind of disgusting. We were only spending one night. We booked a King bed with a pet. When we went to check in they said they don't have king rooms for pets! When we arrived in the room it was very dirty! The floor was very sticky. When my husband went to wipe up the sticky area, the paper towel was black! We complained and they came and washed the floor not once but twice and the water was disgusting! They had mirrors around the bathtub and it was gross to say there look like butt marks on them! Mirrors were not cleaned. Complimentary breakfast was nothing to write home about!

    Great overnight stay

    We stayed here for one night en route to Whistler. It was very clean and we had a large bed which was very comfortable. As in most of these type of motels the a/c was noisy but did the job. Breakfast was cereal, muffins, toast etc along with tea & coffee. Plenty of parking near to our room. The member of staff on reception was friendly.

    Blood stain on sheets. No one cared!

    Just needed a quick overnight en route to Vancouver. Too late to change our mind and go elsewhere. Dirty room. Blood stain on sheets. No offer to change room. Front desk man (Shonal) said he would speak to Manager about compensation. Lobby closed in the morning so no coffee or muffins or even a receipt for payment. Called later from home and Manager (Deo) said no compensation unless we stayed there in the future at a reduced rate! We will never stay there again. Choice Hotels Customer Service would not even offer extra points in compensation.

    The room was very well organized and clean. The breakfast area was well-maintained with healthy choices. Friendly staff. Lots of parking. Easy access to the restaurants and shopping in the area. Excellent view of the north shore and surrounding mountains.
