    Lovely, clean, quiet hotel. Their free breakfast was awesome with make your own waffles as well as eggs, bacon, sausages, ham, hash brown patties, as well as bread choices of toast, bagels, croissants, muffins, apple fritters, cereals, yoghurt etc. The only thing I had a problem with was a dimly lit bathroom for makeup application!

    Everything was great except for a few things.The bathroom has really poor lighting, which makes it so hard trying to get ready with make up, hair and shaving. I will not go back for this reason alone couldn’t see properly.The pool deck was not very clean, black hair everywhere.The TV was very frustrating to watch when you were trying to sit down to relax as there is no guide.

    Great value and a very comfortable hotel. But older, but you get a lot of bang for your buck and the staff are lovely. We'd stay there again.

    A very functional and practical hotel. The room was of a good size as was the bathroom. Staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. Parking was secure and on site. This is a functional hotel and does not try to be something it is not. It is located outside the centre of Kamloops and that is a plus. Close to the major roads it is easy to find and move on from. Breakfast was no frills but lacked quality. Nice management team and staff.

    We’ve stayed at this hotel before, and every time has been a consistently wonderful experience. Check-in at the front desk is always smooth, fast, and easy. The room is a comfortable size — just right for a short stay — and we were happy to bring our puppy along with us. Everything felt clean and fresh, especially the bedsheets and blankets, which had a pleasantly clean scent that made the room feel extra cozy. I’d honestly love to know what detergent they use!Breakfast was simple but very well prepared, with fresh fruits and yogurt — something I personally always look forward to in the morning. Another thoughtful detail I really appreciated was that I wasn’t charged upfront when I booked directly with the hotel; payment was only processed at checkout, which felt respectful and trusting.The bathroom amenities were also perfect. I absolutely loved the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash — they smelled amazing and felt luxurious. I’d be curious to know what brand they use.I’ve now signed up as a member and will definitely be checking out their partner hotels internationally. I truly love staying here — the service, cleanliness, and small thoughtful touches make it a standout. Highly recommended!
