    Girls Invades the Rockies

    The hotel was clean and fairly updated. The WiFi was fast and amenities were okay. The hot tub could use more powerful jets. The complimentary breakfast was nice. I would have liked to see a meat added . Overall the location and price made this a good choice for a visit to the area.

    The WORST experience

    Blood spatter on bedding, hair and nail clipping in the beds. Beds were obviously slept in and not cleaned after. Just re-made. We would like to clarify a few details about your stay. You checked in around 7:45 PM, and as we always do, our staff informed you at check-in to let the front desk know right away if you had any issues so we could fix them quickly. After that, you and your family used the pool from around 8:00 PM and left at about 9:50 PM. Since then, we did not receive any concerns about cleanliness. Later, around 11:00 PM, you called the front desk to report a cleanliness issue. As per our records, there was a significant amount of time spent in the room before this concern was raised. We have CCTV footage documenting all events including for how long you stayed in the room without raising any concern. Despite this, we immediately offered you a different room. You inspected the alternate room and chose to stay in alternate room. The next morning, when you came to the front desk, you raised your voice at our staff. Even so, our team tried to resolve the situation and offered a $50 refund as a goodwill gesture, but this was declined. During this interaction, you recorded our staff. We are unable to process a refund once a guest has checked out and spent the night in the room. We remain committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for both our guests and our staff and stand by our team’s actions in handling this situation.

    The rooms are nothing like advertised. Beds are uncomfortable and pillows are NOT comfortable. Laminate floors were dirty. Shower head was nice. Missed the mark for price charged by a long shot.     Quiet comfortable stay

    The location of this hotel is far enough off the highway to be quiet. The rooms are a decent size, clean and comfortable. Staff are very helpful and the pool area has a waterslide which is great for children.     This hotel was an amazing find. Clean, great location from the highway great parking and yet quiet. Rooms are well laid out and are updated and spacious. I would highly recommend this hotel for any travelers especially families or anyone looking for a room in this area.
