  The location of the hotel isn’t bad and neither was the hotel or rooms.. I would however say the best part of the hotel was the restaurant “The cannery”. The food was good and we all got decent portions.Upon check-in the entire first floor of the hotel stunk, I’m assuming they were experiencing a sewage issue and it smelled really bad. The view from all of the 3 rooms I had rented as a Hilton Honours member was the back of the hotel to their HVAC roof.Also, The hotel kept charging my credit card all weekend with pending charges showing up and when asked why? The answer I kept getting was that they were not able to see anything that I saw.Also, as a Hilton Honours member, the hotel charged me $69 for a late checkout for my mother’s room, meanwhile, I had 3 rooms booked and rented for 2 nights and they still charged me for an additional hour checkout. I will not be back and I will not use Hilton hotel anymore. Very disappointed.

  Not up to brand standards by a mile

  What's the deal with this hotel? Does it solely exist to troll Hilton enthusiasts into hating the brand? You have 7 parking spaces out front and the remaining in your neighbouring lot to share a km away, your elevator is another 100 yards walk from the front door as well. You don't offer guests coffee in the lobby which is atrocious for the brand expectations and you took my reservation for the shortest walk to the lobby on the lowest floor available at booking (2, because 1 is NEVER available) and switched my booking to the furthest possible room in the hotel from the lobby, top floor, furthest room on the opposite end. I have mobility issues that make it painful to walk. Lastly, why does my room smell like peroxide? You're a bunch of trolls for this. Thanks for nothing!   Good option in Kingston!

  Stayed for four nights while attending an event on location. The hotel is nothing special but it delivers a good value. Common areas are clean and inviting. The rooms are large enough with a very good bathroom. Bed and pillows are good enough. Two notes that drive the 4 stars. The isolation towards the hallways is quite bad and you can hear everything in the room. Also, the restaurant has a nice menu but service is extremely slow. Overall a good stay!   I got a small caramel latte served by Evie, the service was great the atmosphere was nice and the staff were very friendly. The latte was very good I would recommend going.
