    Just wanted to write this review for anyone looking to book. It exceeded my expectations. The staff were very friendly. There was coffee and bottled water in the room. The bathroom was very clean and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The only noteworthy thing was that breakfast on Sunday ended at 9:30, which we felt was early for a Sunday morning.

    A very pleasant experience. My recent visit to LETHBRIDGE I stayed at the Quality Inn and Suites. I travel often and very rarely get a good night’s rest in Hotels. This place was the exception. The great location for its amenities such as dining and the Casino next door. This stay began with the fantastic front desk staff of Brenda, Nancy and Sue. Rooms were very accommodating. One of the more welcoming front entrance lobbies I’ve experienced. LOVED IT.

    This hotel is showing its age. The furniture is showing damage, the roof of our room had water damage. The room hasn't been cleaned well as there is an inch of dust and grime along all baseboards, including the bathroom. The hot tub has trim off in the pool and dirty so we didn't go in which was disappointing. The dining room is very small but the food is good. The staff are friendly but that doesn't make up for the rest of the stay.

    It started out with a phone call to the hotel. The manager Nancy was so attentive to our needs as we were 10 people on motorcycles needing 5 rooms. She exceeded all of our expectations with getting us booked and when we arrived everything was ready in advance so check in literally took about a minute per couple. The hotel was clean, well kept, easy access, great breakfast and comfy beds. Special thanks to Nancy for making our stay in Lethbridge a memorable one. We will be back!!
