    Prejudicial Hotel

    DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL if you are from the Lethbridge area. You may have a valid reservation, identification and valid credit card but they will refuse to check you in. If you are booking through any of the hotel apps this is NOT identified as a hotel restriction. They are happy ro take your money but will not provide the room. This is a form of PREJUDICE.

    Professional staff, very helpful and friendly. Exceptions were made for an early check in and any front desk requests were made instantly and with a smile.

    Have stayed at this property when it was a Best Western and few times after rebranding to Ramada. It’s fine for its age and location. Our last stay on September 13, 2025 could have gone so much better if the front desk clerk on Sunday morning had just been empowered to make a simple gesture to adjust our bill or even apologize. Nope she decided to disregard our concerns and do the typical “ I’ll get the manager to call you”. Our nonsmoking room had a terrible cigarette smell to it. Clerk said “well it shouldn’t” I replied your right it shouldn’t. Would have asked to change rooms but it was 3am when checked in. When I got into the shower in the morning black guck came up from the drain and because the drain drains very, very slow this guck was floating in the shower with me for the duration of my shower. Went to grab a fresh towel and when I picked it off the towel rack it had several stains on it. Not after I unfolded it but right on the top side. How the housekeeping staff didn’t see this is beyond me. At check out I brought up these concern’s to the front desk agent, showed her the picture of the towel she turned her nose up saying that’s not good, then asked if I needed a receipt. I said I do but that’s it no consideration for the errors/issues we had? “I’ll get the manager to call you” was her reply. She could have easily taken care of this with a sincere apology and slight discount. I wasn’t looking for a free room but simply to be recognized and compensated accordingly. The manager never did call. I guess it’s not that important or they just simply don’t care. They could have got a 3-4 star rating but now it’s a 2 and we won’t be returning in the future.

    Beds and pillows were very comfortable! Desk and table and chairs and wardrobe cabinet and tv stand with drawers - lots of furniture! Mirrors were great - full length mirror in room and two way mirror in bathroom. Great plug ins. Breakfast was tasty and very varied.

    As always the place was great. Clean rooms and great breakfast. Looking forward to going there again...The weather was hot as well as the golfing..
