    We have been staying here quite frequently in the last couple of years due to medical appointments.Every time we have stayed the rooms have been spotless and the beds are very comfortable. Rachel has been so accommodating and kind.The service is excellent. There is always coffee hot chocolate or cappuccinos when ever you want it. Always a hot breakfast before my doctor’s appointments. It is in a great location for eating and shopping and a great price. This was our second home for over a year and we highly recommend it.

    Went down to see two baseball games. Had never stayed here before but will definitely stay here again. Check in was easy and ended up with a 4th floor suite (price was good) which is 2 queen beds separated by the bathroom and a door. Table with two chairs and a large desk, two tvs, coffee maker, fridge, microwave and two dressers with 3 drawers each. Spotless room. Lethbridge Herald paper available at front desk. Breakfast runs from 6 to 10 am and there were eggs, sausages, muffins, bagels, cereal, toast, yogurt, juice and the coffee machine has numerous choices that are available all day. No problem with parking. Lots of eating places around. Completely recommend staying here.

    Great location. The room was clean and spacious. This hotel was very quiet, so great for a good night’s sleep. The included breakfast was adequate with many items to choose from. The coffee machine provided a great selection of beverages including lattes.

    Nice hotel on Mayor Magrath near Costco and Superstore

    Newer hotel, check in was fast and friendly. We took the elevator to the 4th fl, 2 soft queen beds with 4 pillows each, large clean room with small TV, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, ironing board, table, 2 chairs, desk and chair area, tub/shower with lots of towels, all good. Good blackout curtains. Wifi included. On Mayor Magrath but no problems with road noise. Free parking around the hotel and never had a problem finding a spot. Breakfast included, scrambled eggs, sausage, breads, cereals, coffee maker, fruit, yogurt. All good.Nice hotel and nice friendly staff, great for a night or more and would stay again if in the area.

    The rooms were clean but cramped. TV is so small and low its hard to watch from either bed. Pets are accepted into some of the rooms but there is no pet area outside. Just rocks and junipers and a big open parking lot behind (Lowe's). The soda machine was sold out of water and the front staff not very friendly. Noise above our room kept us up.
