    Renovated and worth a look.

    A full renovation post Covid has made this inn very nice. Spotlessly clean, everything new. Pool is gone and is now a special us breakfast room, with a better than average food selection. Our suite was comfortable, roomy, quiet. Easy to use heat and air unit. Blackout curtains since commercial area next door, but not noisy. Staff friendly. Walking distance to various fast food restaurants, including Tim’s. Management is trying hard to provide above average quality for a fair price.

    These people refused to refund my booking despite the fact that I had COVID. They would rather cheat me out of a couple hundred bucks than protect their staff and guests, so that tell you all you need to know.

    Ingersoll Comfort Inn was Sweet

    This motel has been extensively remodeled and though I didn't inspect every room, my impression is that the rooms are significantly upgraded. Consequently, some of the reviews and pictures I see here probably no longer apply (no pool anymore). Our room was clean and updated to current decor. Queen bed was great (I don't like hard or semi-hard beds), with nice pillows, sheets and blankets. Air conditioner worked well though it took a little bit to figure out how to work it. The TV screen was great, though it was impossible to figure out the show schedule (channel 19 provided the overview of channels). The hallways were decent though could have used a vacuuming. The exercise room was very good, though an instruction sheet on operating the treadmill, spin bike, elliptical, and rowing machine would have been helpful -- the good part was that they all WORKED. The breakfast offerings were very good, including the DYI waffle option, though picky me would have liked a broader selection of oatmeal packets, and having un-sugared raisin bran as a cereal option. The scrambled eggs and sausage offerings were great. The staff was very gracious, welcoming and appropriately conversational.

    What a great stay. Room was clean and comfortable and the woman at the front desk was more than helpful. I had to stay there unexpectedly and she kindly supplied me with a comb and toothbrush and paste. The hot breakfast was also very good. Sausage, eggs, bagels, pancakes, cereal, fruit, etc. A nice variety to start the day. Would definitely stay there again.

    2nd year Christmas visit hotelPet friendly....Under renovations...but room makeovers look decent ... Fabulous showers .....Rooms nicely decorated with pleasing colors....Few minor problems needing improvement....Milk and creamers needed for coffee in breakfast room No trays for carrying breakfast back to rooms Very difficult and inconvenient No kleenex in rooms Bottled water should be readily available and no charge considering distasteful smell and taste of tap water.. No tv channel guides for in room TVs...Front desk service 3-12 midnite shift dec 25th exceptional Warm Friendly Professional Courteous
