Guests are warmly welcomed to this London hotel, which is within walking distance of the White Oaks Mall and minutes from the John Labatt Centre hockey arena, Storybook Gardens, the University of Western Ontario and Fanshawe College. Fanshawe Pioneer Village and the fishing village of Port Stanley are additional destinations in the area. The London area is also home to many cultural attractions, including Museum London and the Grand Theatre. Besides being within minutes of the inner-city area and the trade fair grounds, the hotel is also near lots of fantastic restaurants. This hotel is an ideal place to stay for business, as well as personal and family travel.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 118 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (no extra charge). Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. The rooms have a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A desk is provided. A kitchenette with a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station is also provided as standard. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. The daily newspaper is laid out for guests in the the rooms. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The hotel has non-smoking rooms.

    We traveled with friends all the way from Nashville to Ontario and made a stop in London. The hotel was newly renovated, with wonderful staff and a great breakfast. We enjoyed our stay, and if we come back or pass by again, we will definitely stay here.     If only they had a pool it'd be ***** had a pleasant quiet stay and as always the place is very clean. The friendly staff gets things done quickly booking was done so quick I didn't know i could leave. Just standing there. Their coffee rocks!     Great location! Nice big and clean room!!! Staff is very friendly. Beds are soft but comfortable. Pillows are ok. We had double queen room. Bathroom was clean. Shower head could be stronger but it got the job done. This place was just recently renovated so it’s very nice. Kerug machine in room if you are into that. Small fridge that works and a microwave Breakfast is included. Typical hotel help yourself breakfast. No vegan items but they said if you call before hand they may be able to accommodate. Would recommend this hotel.
