    Dingy and dated, lousy maintenance

    Awful. Your grade it over by a receptionist, who speaks, barely legible English. The hallway to the room is shabby and dingy, as is the room itself. The hotel onto a billiards place, so there’s a lot of car door slamming at closing. There was a couple having a very unoriginal fight in the parking lot. The gentleman next-door kept stepping out the patio door to have a smoke. And hack a wet lung up. Outside the patio doors is an old 2’ wide concrete pathway with a metal railing that has seen better days; it looks down onto an overgrown, weedy lawn garden something. But by far the biggest issue, and most easily fixed, my room was next-door to the storage room for the housekeepers, and apparently they had to keep accessing it until about midnight. And the hinges squeak like crazy. And then they’re back at it at 7 AM. Overall, thoroughly unimpressed.

    I am on a trip from Toronto back to Windsor with RobertQ. They were so kind to lay us over at this hotel in London that let homeless Fentanyl addicts pass-out in the lobby. Great..

    For this price in London — it’s definitely worth it. The rooms are clean and quiet, especially if you stay on the 3rd floor.It would be even better if breakfast were included. It would help a lot to have an option when booking — with or without breakfast — instead of paying separately at the lobby café. The café isn’t the most affordable, and the menu can be a bit confusing. If breakfast were part of the room rate (like 9.99 CAD), I’d gladly choose it.

    Very dated hotel in need of a major renovation. There is no water pressure whatsoever! Not kidding when I say that it took several tries and 10 mins of time to flush the toilet!!

    Not exactly as is looks in the photos. Lobby and entry way nice. That is where it stops. Beds comfy, floors clean, bathroom clean, staff friendly and helpful. Building needs to be shut down for 6 months by new owner and do a total Reno. Walls marked up over time, plaster off walls or patched up. Bandaid solution for price point compared to hotel nearby for same price but a more maintained building. Takes uninterrupted time and money to do this, but needs to be done if it wants to uphold the Days Inn image and quality. Could be a nice hotel with new owners giving it a chance.
