Location

The hotel is located just 5 minutes from Highway 401 and just 10 minutes from London's city centre. London's largest shopping centre, a wide selection of eating establishments and cinemas are within walking distance of the hotel. The bus and train stations are both about a 10-minute drive away, as are Story Book Gardens and London Casino.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 60 junior suites, 23 suites, 82 single rooms and 60 double rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift.     One elevator. Not great.

    One elevator for a nine floor hotel was not great. Be prepared to wait for a long time unless it’s very early morning or late evening. I took the time to write this review on my seventh minute waiting for an elevator.     I booked a king suite room for our stay, we got 2 beds because they ran out of king rooms. I also purchased their breakfast $20 voucher, turns out restaurant was closed. They gave us a voucher for only one choice which was 2 eggs, meat, toast & hashbrowns with coffee/tea only. No substitutions & honored it at stacked (pancake place) which pancakes were NOT an option! Pool was cloudy, no hot tub & no jetted tub options for the room. Staff used the same elevator as guests. I found someone else's hair in our shower, our bathroom door could not be closed otherwise it would not open afterwards! Bed wasnt great either, pillows were garbage. I have better at home!Will never stay here again! Throughly disappointed! Location was great but that was it. Hotel needs much room for improvements!     Clean hotel & good for groups

    The staff were very friendly and accommodating while we were there for a baseball tournament. Rooms were clean and spacious. Pool is on the smaller side and gets very warm and humid in the room but there’s a nice courtyard outside beside it. Parking was always available and easy to access. Only negative things I will mention (which are not bad at all) 1) the hand soap in the bathrooms are mounted on the wall beside the mirrors, which makes it very hard for kids to reach to wash their hands without a stool. Providing a bar soap would be helpful in this situation. 2) it was difficult to get extra towels - our booking was a family of 4 for the room, and only 2 bath towels were provided when we checked in. We called to ask for more in the evening and they said they would bring some but no one ever did, I had to walk down to the front desk to get some. The next day when our room was cleaned, they left 2 pool towels instead of bath towels which are definitely not as absorbent. They must have some kind of shortage? Again we called down for more towels, and they took over 30 mins to bring them to the room.

    Few minor complaints but overall a great hotel

    First time going to London to attend a friend's wedding, and I booked this hotel because it offered what we wanted for a 2-night stay, and the reviews were good. The restaurant and gym weren't open due to renovations, but that didn't bother us as there were nearby places to eat. Right across from the hotel was a 'Stacked' restaurant so it was an easy walk to go there for breakfast. And we had no plans to work out on the weekend, so a gym closure didn't matter. Their pool was open though. We had driven almost 4 hours to get there and check-in time was 3:00 p.m. We arrived at 3:30 p.m. and were told that our room wasn't ready and it would probably be another 30-45 minutes. We weren't the only ones as there were several others waiting for their rooms. We left our luggage with the front desk and looked around stores across the street but our room wasn't ready until 4:40 p.m. Not a great start. As well, each room description indicated that there was a microwave in every room and ours did not have one. We didn't need it, but if you do need one you should double check when you arrive that one is in your room. And, we were there for 2 nights and housekeeping didn't come on our second day. We didn't need housekeeping for just 2 nights, but would have been good to have been told services had been reduced for short stays. Just minor complaints.We would still go back to this hotel though, as the location is great, with lots of free parking, staff are very friendly, the rooms and general hotel areas are very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Hopefully the late check-in was something that wouldn't happen if we went again. The hotel provided great value for money and it is in a good area with loads of restaurants and stores in the area.

    This is a great hotel and an even better location. The staff greeted us so kindly and were so helpful always.Always a friendly face!! The downside was the pool in the morning was very icky and the kids wouldn’t get in it. If you’re in the area you need to go to Earls Kitchen & bar, it’s was amazing!
