    Don’t go here. Booked the hotel based upon pictures. Checked in and found no elevator to the second floor, windows broken, holes in walls, yellowed bed linens, the entire room and hallways reeking of marijuana and people doing drugs in front of the hotel. The room door was warped where someone tried (and succeeded?) to pry it open. Asked for a refund immediately through Expedia and was told by the hotel manager that the refund for two of the three days was put through (Expedia provided a transaction number via email). More than 2 weeks later there is no refund. I am disputing the charge through MasterCard.

    I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all!!!Sooo dirty and filthy, beds smelt of pee!!Rugs were damp!! We asked for another room, front desk said they were booked!!DO NOT STAY HERE!! for the amount you pay, its disgusting!!!

    Very bad hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!Room smells like drugs. Beds are very bad. bed sheet and pillow case etc. very dirty with stains on it and you could not be able to sleep on it. All rooms pretty much bad shape. Room is not cleaned and so much dust and bugs. Noises were loud. It is waste of your money. This is just a black mark for the Travel Lodge Wyndham Garden hotel in London and it will be an embarrassment for the other Wyndham Garden hotel chains across Canada. Hope some hire up manager or director should visit the hotel and shut down the operation there in London. Very disappointed about my stay and I would never stay there again and if anyone looking to book the hotel there, please don't book it or you will learn your lesson like me.

    don't do it, pleaserunaway of this place, worst place in Canada. Try RB&B not this, trust me on this. full of junkies and bad people, this place is a nightmare. Owners are a nightmare and they are out of realty is really sad and I'm not booking again
