    Very nice hotel. Seems to be well maintained and found it very clean.Staff, friendly and helpful.We had a lovely room with ability to close the bedroom off for privacy and quiet. The windows opened a little bit, so it was very nice for fresh air.Parking was great, but had an additional cost. Continental breakfast didn’t open till 7:00, which was too late for me as I had an appointment at that time. Lots of restaurants in the area. Room service was from one of the local restaurants and food was great but had a six dollar delivery charge which is a bit steep for room service.Overall, I really great stay and we will definitely choose this hotel again

    My husband and I weren't sure if we should stay at this hotel due to some negative reviews. Well we were pleasantly surprised and what a great experience we had. Our room was a large suite with the most comfortable bed and wonderful bedding. We are avid travelers and so glad we stayed at this hotel. Breakfast was also very good with a wide variety of muffins, bagels, pastry croissants yogurt and good coffee. They even had fruit, cheese, Ham and hard boiled eggs. The only negative thing that there is a $35 parking fee, 3rd party fee (hotel.com) for $15, plus a tax. They should not have charged me a 3rd party fee.

    I arrived at 9:30am and even though check-in isn’t until 4pm, the front desk admin, Faith, offered me early check-in and a room upgrade. I was thoroughly impressed with the staff, the condition and location of the hotel and the quiet atmosphere. You are steps away from shops and restaurants and can easily walk around the surrounding neighborhood. One other thing to note - the fitness room is very well equipped and spotless. I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you Faith!

    2 nights at this hotel were disappointingFrom my first arrival at the front desk found it cold and unwelcomingAll grey and black with no colourBlack large computer screen in my face so I could neither see or hear the staff - suggest moving them on an angle so that the staff in visible and more welcoming to your guestDoor to room was dirty and damaged by boots or luggage - a good coat of paint would go a long way.Lighting over coffee station make it difficult to read instructions or find what I was looking forTowels - hard and rough For seniors Toilet and vanity too low and no non-slip matt for the slippery shower stall.Breakfast was very good with good variety and excellent coffee.Hopefully some of these suggestions with be helpful.

    Not worth the price.

    Not worth the price. Not a single proper glass or cup in the room to put my toothbrush in but flimsy paper cups instead. The key card to the parking repeatedly not working so we kept on getting stuck in the garage (even after changing the key card multiple times) and not being able to enter the garage or even the front door of the hotel at other times. No black out curtains or blinds so we couldn’t sleep in. When we arrived we were greeted by reception staff who seemed very young and inexperienced (were abrupt and abrasive when explaining where to sign things not understanding not everyone has the reaction time and eye sight of a 20 year old, not clear at explaining things, not very welcoming). The positives were very comfortable beds, large suite size and great central location. Would not go back.
