    Disappointing for a Best Western Standard that I have come to expect over the years

    bathroom light did not work and was not repaired while we were there. bed had stains on top blanket and the floor was not vacuumed well. jas dadda, Owner at Best Western Maple Ridge Hotel, responded to this review Dear Claire Lapesky,On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for not exceeding your expectations.     Rotten night at Best Western in Maple Ridge ,Never again .

    Worst night ever spent in a hotel ! After 9:30 oclock the TV lost signal ,so no TV for the rest of the night , people partying in hallway til approx. 1:30 AM , sounded like right outside of room . Never again !!

    We had a wonderful stay here, the room was perfectly clean and the beds were comfy. Breakfast was full and yummy, different every day of our 3-night stay. Staff was very nice and helpful. There's nice parking on site too. They have a pool as well, though we didn't get to try it 🫤. As a bonus, the location is beautiful, about 40 mins from Downtown Vancouver on average.P.S. Some people have complained about the AC being too cold, so be mindful that it may not be adjustable through the thermostat panel on the wall, but that's not a problem since you can tweak it using the mounted panel (on the AC).

    This place is a dump. Crap everywhere. Wifi didn't work so they checked us in using their cell phone. TV died bottom of the 9th in the Bluejays game. Looks like it was renovated by someone who didn't know a hammer from a saw. We didn't eat or even make coffee too grubby.     Parking Issues but good hotel stay...

    I was a little concern when I read the reviews on TripAdvisor and Google. Overall, we had a good stay. The rooms where clean, AC worked, bed was comfortable, bathroom overall was in good shape. It's a little far out from Vancouver but a great mid-spot with the Home Restaurant across the street and other Canadian food and shopping chains not to far away. Overall, was a pleasant experience. My only big concern is parking is very limited. There were many big trucks back into these spots taking up two parking spaces when they easily good have just taken one, completely carelessness. I would recommend to the hotel to go out and randomly check the cars if they are at a full house and call the guest out to line their trucks/cars up properly. I saw many at least 4 parking spaces that would had been free if the trucks would had lined up correctly in their parking lane. We had to awkwardly park in front of the hotel and took a risk of getting our car hit.
