    DON'T STAY HERE!!!

    This was the grossest hotel I've ever had the mispleasure of having stayed at in my entire life. The room smelled musty, there were stains on all blankets, and the drapes. The pillows stunk like they've never been washed too. I was so disgusted with everything that I had to strip the mattress bare, slept in my clothes and used my dog blanket.Absolutely horrendous experience. I had to book an Airbnb to stay in, and if I had anywhere else to stay that night I would have not been there.     Affordable and impressive option near the YVR core

    This hotel is fantastic. From the moment we checked in with Char, we knew it would be a great experience. Room is absolutely SPOTLESS (well done, cleaning staff) and the king room with whirlpool is spacious and the bed is SO comfortable. Breakfast is decent.     Bugs and poor cleanliness

    There were ants in the room, coming out of the wall. We alerted the front desk and we’re given ant spray to administer ourselves. We had also asked for housekeeping to come and clean the surfaces where the spray foam was administered to prevent toxic transfer and safety for our child. This was requested several times over the course of the day - to the front desk and to housekeeping staff directly where the surfaces in the room were pointed out to two different staff. When this still didn’t happen, we were offered a new room 9pm. We were told that management was unavailable all weekend and would not return until Monday. We were provided a very small compensation that did not cover the extremity of this situation. Who wants to stay in a hotel that has bugs? And then at home, we discovered that there were ants inside our suitcases. Overall, the hotel needs repair and better management. The carpet is fraying exposing very sharp nails - huge Tetanus risk. The pool did not have any clean towels with dirty ones just all over the place as well as use bandages. Clearly, no one had been checking.     A top notch Best Western!

    Stayed here 2 nights when attending the Taylor Swift concert. Hotel was VERY clean, had ample parking, a good free breakfast and a very comfortable king bed.We rented a suite and liked having the extra room so we could go to sleep and wake up on our own schedule without disturbing the other. Another plus is that the bathroom was outside the bedroom so as not to disturb the sleeping person.Staff were very friendly, kind and accomodating!     The beds are very uncomfortable. I had a little dog and we were victims of a recent flood. The front desk complained about my dog barking, he is traumatized by the flood water and he is old, show some empathy. The hotel is noisy as well with some young players running around up stairs. Upon check-in with a pet we have a pet waiver that is signed by the guest. This clearly states that a pet is not to be left unattended in the room at any time. Your pet was left unattended for well over an hour and consistently barked causing other guests to complain. We do have empathy for our guests in these types of situations but feel if a pet is left unattended by the owner this is perhaps even more upsetting to the animal as they are in an unfamiliar place. We accept dogs at our hotel and love having animals stay with us however, we do have our policies and these are agreed upon when the waiver is signed.
