    We found the staff to be very friendly but the hotel itself is getting so run down. The sink drain was rusted, one tap was broken and the fridge leaked. It just didn’t feel clean.

    Worst experience ever they charged us more money for a pet fee we didn't have any pets and when my partner called he was then told they won't refund us due to a plumbing issues we reported cuz there system was backed up and blaming us for the fridge leaking (it wasn't when we there and have 0 idea what they going on about ) took days to even get a manager to call us back to explain why they took money off my card and why they won't give our money back over stuff we have 0 control over like plumbing this is worst experience we have had we travel to med hat often and they just lost loyal business and on top that the pool is horrible the lining of pool is off and making it slippery and the water is freezing and hot tub chemical seems off with way more foam then most hot tubes due to chemicals do not recommend and breakfast was a joke or lack of lack of breakfast options 👎🏼

    Hotel is dirty, staff is not friendly nor accommodating. Room was extremely loud between ice maker and other rooms toilets/water running.

    if you are a dog owner, they have the perfect round floor accommodations and quiet area for the dogs to do their business. and if you are a smoker, you can just step out your door for a cigarette and ashtrays are provided. And in the winter your vehicle is parked right outside your door, if you don’t want to get cold, you can sit in your car.
