    Staff were friendly, but hotel room was gross! The curtains were torn and overall the room seemed old and in need of repairs. Our room was not clean. There was old food in the fridge and child's shirt on the floor in the bathroom. Pull out couch was disgusting with many stains. Payed extra for the king bed and suite, not worth the price. The breakfast was decent. Also FYI the elevator is currently broken.

    - Met immediately with unfriendly staff- pool was "out of order"- conferencecroom "out of order"- staff were rude and clearly did not want us there.- breakfast was denied to our team after an early morning game with plenty of time left for breakfast

    Avoid this one! Old, outdated and dirty....not great value. Location on very busy street. Hard to turn left when leaving the parking lot. Continued to turn right and then turned left into a plaza down the road and then able to move with the traffic. View overlooking the parking lot. Air conditioner was really old and broken. Which the hotel staff should have been aware of. When in the room it was not plugged in. There was a newer working model in the bedroom. If one used the air conditioner in the bedroom to cool the entire suite/bedroom is freezing.Rattling noise in the bathroom. Older sofa with sagging springs, older chair that was dirty and stained......They moved us to a queen room with two queen beds a safe and a fridge but no micro.

    Easy to miss due to obstructed small sign.Breakfast okay and the croissant was stale.The plus side, great latte.Recommend to stay away from this hotel.

    A quiet and comfortable room with coffee maker, fridge and microwave. There was a good selection of items at the included breakfast.
