Facility

152 rooms, including 54 junior suites, 21 single rooms and 73 double rooms, are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     Very clean large rooms.

    The check in was quite lengthy , (15 minutes) totally understaffed.However, the room was spotless, bright and quite large. Very happy with accommodation.Staff inside the hotel are polite and helpful. The free breakfast was quite enjoyable.I would definitely stay again. The location was perfect for everything I needed to do.

    I have stayed here many many times. This will be my last. The state of the hotel has deteriorated with little seeming to get repaired over the years. Front desk staff with a few exceptions are uncaring and one lady in particular rude...and this is on several stays.We only continued to come the last few years because of the great pool. Which was closed for the full day of our stay.Looking at recent Google reviews you need a huge improvement to desk staff and the facility. Too bad we really use to like staying here

    We booked this hotel based on where our daughter was staying with her volleyball team and were extremely disappointed. The original room we were booked in was filthy. Bugs everywhere, stains on the carpets and curtains and the smell in the hotel was very fousty and old smelling.

    The night staff was rude and unfriendly. Unfortunately the room was filthy. After sleeping there we woke up to ants in my kids bed and shortly later we discovered that the floor was covered in them. I showed my video to the staff and they did not seem to care or have anything to say about it but oh well. Sad we have spent many times coming here but we will not be back.
