    I would not stay here again. Room was not thoroughly clean. Food and dirt on the floors. Smudge marks on heating unit looked like dried blood. Was in the room for about 30 minutes when a couple walked in on me!!! When I left the room to inform the check-in staff of this mishap, I could not get back into my room because my key cards no longer worked! Huge disappointment. Won’t be returning in the future.

    Clean, conveniently located hotel. Kind and competent staff, especially running the breakfast. A shame that one of the elevators has been broken since months.

    We haven't even stayed there yet - we're booked in for tomorrow, but I wanted to note that the front end manager, Gagan, took care of us and had excellent customer service. Really appreciate his professionalism.
