  Could be the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Rooms are small and outdated for the price they are charging. I canceled 3 nights and went to another hotel.

  Excellent welcome at the lobby. Room was very small but well equipped. Cleanliness was subpar, spots on the wall and floor of the washroom of unknown substance. Baseboard dirty as well.Miss-sized window coverings, a broken unused baseboard heater, that should have been removed as it was dented and rusted.Sink plug was stuck, but they responded quickly and fixed the issue. Mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and TV all worked very well.Mattress very firm, pillows deflated and flat once you placed your head.Mini split/ heat pump worked extremely well.It was affordable and staff was pleasant.

  Where to start. I read some pretty bad reviews and I read some really good reviews, so I was undecided if I was going to pick this place. I decided to roll the dice and I stayed here last night and I was not disappointed one bit. The room was really, really nice. The bathroom was awesome, beautiful water pressure, instant hot water, I’ve stayed in many hotels that were on the cheaper side where it took a very long time to get hot water and even a few where there was no hot water at all. This hotel was conveniently located very close to the exit off the highway.The ice machine was located in the lobby, again very convenient.The curtains closed all the way, no gaps, very good for privacy.Amenities in the room included a blow dryer, a coffee maker, a microwave oven, and a mini fridge.There was a door to the room adjacent to my room, wasn’t useful to me but some guests find that useful.Lots of plugs conveniently located to plug in your devices, lights and light switches were located in convenient locations.Three small negatives I thought I should bring up: the Internet was terrible, almost useless so I ended up connecting my laptop to my phone;While the floor was decently clean, walking barefoot it felt like I was stepping on crumbs or something so I fed it back to the front desk to let housekeeping know to sweep the floor when they finish making the room; and one final thing, the transition from the main sleeping quarters to the bathroom area, there was a decent rise in the floor level, and if you weren’t aware of it, going to the bathroom in the middle of the night with the lights off you could really stub your toes on it. I have attached a picture.Oh yes, one final thing, I needed a document printed and the fellow at the front desk was extremely helpful. I went to the car and grabbed the document, he scanned it and made me a copy.

  Stayed at this hotel with a group while attending a hockey tournament. My son and I entered our room which was freezing and found a plug in heater. The bathroom was freezing. Mind you it was very cold that day. However I went to the desk and told them the heat wasn't working and the girl at desk said it should be. Sure of course it should. Then offered me a second plug in heater. I said obviously someone knew the heat wasn't working otherwise there wouldn't be a plug in heater. Seemed like a fire safety issue as we would have to leave it on while we went to arena or turn it off and have the room be a meat locker.We were given another room after a few calls with a manager. The balcony and steps to the second level balcony were extremely slippery and had a dash of salt on them when we got there and never saw anyone address it again. Bare minimum efforts but not bare minimum price. Fairly frustrating.

  Our room was completely renovated in really good condition and clean, the breakfast was pretty good. Good location close to the highway.
