    Worst Tremblant Hotel Experience Yet

    This was the worst weekend hotel experience I have ever had in Tremblant. I would never stay here again. Room was tired and very dated, fridge wouldn't close properly, AC was horrific and only in 1 room working noisy & intermittently at best,loudly turning on all night hardly slept a wink. Master bedroom was like a furnace. The indoor pool was 71 degrees (FREEZING) games room was virtually EMPTY not what is advertised on the website at all. Staff argued with me when I told them game room.was empty, followed me there and said "oh well I didn't know" agreed the pool was 74 when it was 71 (as if the difference mattered. Horrific experience never again.     worth the stay!

    Very nice rooms, clean, good amenities. Lake view suburb. Great location to cross country, fat bike, and skate, right next to premises. Easy access to ski room and to where the transport bus picks you up to go to Tremblant. Shuttle service excellent. Nice treat - free hot chocolate & Cookies between 4-5 daily. Note: bring your own music system and know that the TV does not allow streaming. The room is is equipped with a Nespresso machine. The hot tub is indoors.     We returned for the 4th time. The hotel is average, the atmosphere, amenities, location and staff are great!     While this property has significant potential and a truly welcoming staff, the physical state of the hotel currently falls short of expectations. The service team and restaurant staff are a highlight—friendly, accommodating, and professional—but they are working within a facility that is in desperate need of a full renovation. Our experience was marred by significant maintenance issues; we had to switch rooms once, and our second room was equally problematic, featuring dated decor and clogged drains in the bathroom. The dining experience was inconsistent. While the staff did their best to be helpful, the food was hit-or-miss. The breakfast buffet was particularly disappointing, as most items were served cold, and even the kid-friendly options like pancakes were left untouched by our children. Until a comprehensive makeover is completed, it is difficult to fully enjoy what this hotel has to offer.     Everything was great only did an overnight stay wish the pool would of been open a little later than 9pm.
