Location

This hotel is surrounded by the beautiful Laurentian Mountains of Québec. The ski resort, the convention centre as well as cross-country skiing routes are located close to the hotel. It is just a few minutes walk to the centre and its many restaurants, bars, nightclubs and shops. Links to the public transport network lie also just a few minutes away. Tremblant lake is within easy reach and Mont Tremblant Provincial Park is roughly 25 km from the hotel.

Facility

The resort has 126 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The resort offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Rooms

Excellent swimming awaits guests at the indoor pool (for a fee). Parasols on the terrace are also available. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. With kayaking or, for a fee, water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, motorboat rides, paddle boating, banana boat rides, canoeing, sailing, catamaraning, snorkelling, diving, water aerobics and aquafit available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. With skiing, tobogganing and snowboarding opportunities, the resort offers the perfect base from which to enjoy winter sports or just a relaxing winter holiday. A wide range of indoor sports are offered, including a gym or, for a fee, table tennis, callisthenics and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a spa and a solarium and, for an additional fee, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club and a dance club.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a breakfast room, a café, a bar and a pub. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. Bed and breakfast is offered as a catering option. A delicious and varied buffet is prepared for breakfast every day, and a set menu can be ordered at lunch and dinner. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Public Complaint About the Hotel

    We spent three nights at this hotel in the city center, hoping for a peaceful stay and a chance to escape the stress of work and daily life. We chose a room on the first floor with a courtyard view, and at first, we liked it very much. We expected to spend three unforgettable days.But by the second morning, our stay had turned into a nightmare. Construction workers were freely walking under our windows, carrying beams, ladders, and other materials, talking and blatantly looking into our room. This is a complete violation of privacy! In our own room, we should feel safe and free, not afraid that someone is standing outside our window watching us.We reported this at the front desk. All we got was an apology, a free parking offer, and a promise it wouldn’t happen again. But the next day, the same thing happened. I woke up partially undressed to find the same worker at the window, looking inside and talking on the phone. It was shocking, frightening, and completely unacceptable. Such behavior is utterly inappropriate for any hotel, especially one that claims to be a place for relaxation.The managers offered us $150 as compensation, as if this could make up for our ruined vacation and the stress we experienced. This is laughable and insulting. The minimum fair compensation should have covered at least the two nights when our stay was completely ruined.We are making this complaint public to warn other guests: do not choose this hotel if you value your privacy and peace of mind. Violating guest rights and completely ignoring their comfort is unacceptable. This hotel shows disregard for its guests and a total lack of understanding of basic service standards.We hope the management takes this complaint seriously and takes measures to ensure that no one else experiences such humiliation and violation of personal space.     Not worth the money

    Arrived Friday 15th August. We booked two bedroom room 334. The room was great, however we left the room at 8:30am and returned around 4:00pm and the room was not cleaned. Calling the Reception desk my daughter was asking them to send us clean towels and asked why the room hadn’t been cleaned. She was told that “You have to request that” but would send us clean towels. I have NEVER heard that before and I’ve stayed in many hotels. The cleaning staff when they came with the towels offered to clean it then, but the reception said they finish work for the day at 4:30 and it was already 4:15, I felt bad for them and said don’t bother.Sunday morning it was raining and the breakfast area was so busy no tables available, I ate my breakfast on my lap at the reception area. There were about 15 people waiting for the elevator with their breakfast plates going to their rooms. You can’t help it if it rains but if you had a covered area outside we could have used the outdoor seating area.     Comfort and location can't be beat

    Great location. All employees we met were helpful and courteous. Comfortable beds. We had a 2 bedroom suite with a balcony The bathrooms were spacious with plenty of towels. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and coffee/tea. We enjoyed the swimming pool one afternoon. The highlight of our stay was Was Express - a robot that delivers small items from the front desk.

    Great overall but a few minor changes would be nice

    The overall experience was very pleasant as we were offered a free upgrade while checking in. Unfortunately we were looking forward to use the pool and it was closed for weekday use. My only other complaint would be the living room is a tad small. In and out privileges for your car means you can drive out for better dinner options and to the casino. They also had no problems with a late checkout request for us to explore the village a tad more.
