    Overpriced /outdated and not impressed

    Despite the web site advertising great restaurant in hotel, doesn’t mention that the restaurant is closed from Sunday to Wednesday. No room cleaning or replenishing of toiletries or towels for a 3 day stay. The linen was fresh and the bed was comfortable but the bathroom was very small. The room was very well located on first floor as requested for snowmobile parking and the trails were not far excepted the fact that there was no snow, was better to trailer closer to a trail. The hotel is on the main road so you can basically find anything you need. Had a trailer hitch snap and was able to find someone near buy to fix in 2 hours .

    Quiet Stay at the Quality Inn

    On Tuesday January 4th, 2022, my wife and I arrived at our Mont-Laurier destination the Quality Inn Hotel situated at 111, Blvd. A. Paquette. We arrived in late afternoon and for check-in we’re welcomed by a friendly front desk staff. The hotel was quiet and almost empty. Since there are no elevators, we had booked a ground floor room so it would be easier to unload luggage from the car. Our room, a two queen beds was average, a bit dark and on the small side, but clean. It did include a table and two chairs, a coffee maker, a mini refrigerator, and a flat screen tv. The bathroom was quite small. Looking out from the bedroom window I could see a couple of men unloading snowmobiles from their pickup trucks. Due to the Omicron variant hotel features such as the on-site restaurant l’Autentico, the hotel bar and exercise room were not available. There was no other breakfast option with this room. We still recommend this Quality Inn Mont-Laurier as a budget stay, its top location, its clean initiative and would rate it as three stars.     Clean and loud

    Nice, clean, well equipped room with renovated bathroom and a handy door to outside from the first floor. Beds are comfortable. Well situated on main highway, close to several restaurants. The restaurant inside the hotel is reasonably priced and the food actually very good. In the winter, lots of snowmobile, so you must be willing to hear them.We found the room however not well insulted for sound. We can hear everything from the hallway, can hear others in the room beside and can hear the people walking in the room above us. That was the downside to this hotel.

    Snowmobile get away, Family day long weekend

    We visited Mont Laurier for a snowmobile trip to Devil's Mountain and Chutes u Windigo. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and did all they could to help with the language barrier. We parked our sleds in the back of the hotel, and had a few issues unlocking the door to get into our room. Apparently you had to use the front door first, before the key would work in the back door. The bar area is a little dark, but it was fun to play a game of pool, gamble a bit and listen to some music. We would return.

    Went to spend a weekend to do ATV ride at Montagne du Diable. It is a clean avrage hotel with very friendly staff. For what we went there for it was excellent. I would not take my wife for a romantic weekend but would go back anytime for a sleep over place. Food is good with good portions.
