  What to say ,lady on reception absolute joy,so very helpful.the room is fabulous, beautiful with a full bathroom,jacuzzi bath,full separate shower.car parking a bit of a pain ,about 10 minutes walk,although it's safe and secure.

  I would not choose any other place to stay on a visit to Montreal. Warm and welcoming, historic, Victorian hotel, with all of the modern amenities!   Bad Customer Service. Over Priced. Rude Staff. Management Won't Make it Right

  Terrible experience at this hotel. The hotel clerk was rude and unprofessional to me at check-in. When I got to my room and spoke to him over the phone to ask for the wifi password, he laughed at me. I didn't feel comfortable staying there being treated like that so I left immediately. The hotel clerk and management denied that the clerk was rude including lying about other people being at my check-in who 'corroborated that the clerk wasn't rude'. That's not true, nobody else was there but me and him during my check-in. Unprofessional, discourteous, and unhelpful customer service by the hotel management who refused to make this right. Don't stay here especially if you're a woman solo traveller. They have no respect for you.   We spent three wonderful nights at this lovely boutique hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was ideal—just a short walk from the lively Latin Quarter and conveniently close to the metro, which made getting around the city a breeze. Our room was both comfortable and chic, with stylish décor and a cosy atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile and offer helpful tips for exploring the area.   Hi. Perfect location for everything. Very clean and very good staff. Breakfast was good . We upgraded ( just one degree) to get a superior queen room ; you need to go up another degree to get a room that mirrors the photos. We were disappointed with our room ; with it being small and no decent view ( fire escape) . There are indeed rooms that mirror the pics but you need to pay a bit more !
