J’ai signalé le problème, mais aucune solution n’a été proposée et le ton des échanges était accusateur.Après mon départ, j’ai constaté des frais ajoutés à ma facture, qui n’avaient jamais été mentionnés auparavant avant que je me plaigne du ménage ils ont décidé de me charger cela sans m'aviser. Très décevant.Room was very dirty upon arrival. I reported the issue, but no solution was offered and the communication became accusatory.After check-out, I noticed extra charges added to my bill, which were never disclosed beforehand. When I decided to talk to them about the dirtyness, they put it on me and charged me enormous fee and no justification, didnt advise me of that and charged it directly on my card. Very disappointing.

    Great hotel. Easy to get to from highway Very friendly staff. Especially receptionist Jake. Great breakfast. Next door to Barbies restaurant which was convenient.

    Wanted to charge us 50$ to check in at 2:30pm, Director very rude and unpleasant. We do lots of hotels per year and this is absolutely the worst experience.

    the good: you are surrounded by many places to eat. Atmosphere was fine. The room was ok but was not worth the amount paid. They require a deposit which is a bad sign for me. We found pubic hair in the sink and bathtub which is quite disgusting. It was noisier than i feel it should have been since we were close tot he street. Staff was nice and friendly. One of the light bulbs didn't work and the room in general seemed dark even with all the lights on. Also, the bed linen was oddly loud and plastic feeling.I already have another room booked at another Best Western property and i really hope it's a better experience.

    My experience with the front desk (Chris and Megan) when checking in was the worst I have experienced at any Best Western:- The Best Western website for this hotel advertises 'Free Parking' (see attached), yet we were charged $23 for it. They claimed the fee was just added last month. This feels like a classic bait and switch.- We have 2 seniors in their late 70s in our party, and they assigned us the room second furthest from the lobby. We even called ahead of time to make sure they give us a room that can be more accessible for people with mobility problems. There seems to be a lack of common sense/consideration.- I am a Diamond Select member and usually get offered water upon check-in at other locations. They handed me the room key and did not offer until I asked. Not a big deal, but it would have improved the experience at least a little.- We asked for an extra blanket and/or an extra towel when checking in at around 5pm, and were told they cannot access the blankets past 4pm given the housekeepers had left at that time. These are simple amenities that are commonly requested, and there is no reason why they do not have access to them when we are checking in relatively early. They were simply very badly organized.- We could not get the heater to work correctly, so asked them to send someone to look at it. The repairman David was a *god-sent*, and earned an extra star for this review by himself. Not only did he got the heater to work, but he also gave us an extra blanket (surprise!). This was not even his job. He seriously deserves a raise and a promotion. Why couldn't the front desk figure it out? As for the room itself, it was ok except for the following:- The inside of the closet was too dark. There was not enough lighting.- The toilet seat cannot stay up when lifted.This experience definitely makes me reconsider whether to stay again at Best Western in the future.
