    Our room was exceptional. Spotless, roomy and quiet. Will go back again and again! Had a great weekend and this hotel is close to all amenities we required.

    Very clean room I have to admit. and very helpful staff. The hotel is located in an area where there is no bars or restaurants around but 8 mins drive we were to centropolis.

    I went to a convention for 3 nights, on the second day my friend Lexus 2025 car got stolen, right in front of the hotel, when they review the cameras, they were able to see only half side of the car and when the car left the hotel parking lot. It is very UNSAFE TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL BEST WESTERN.

    Really bad our car got stolen after lack of security and they've said it has happened before but they make no efforts to fix it!?!? And they said they're are certain types of cars that get stolen but they don't at least put a security guard or anything there? At least a gate really bad they could have done way better

    Everything was great, customer service was excellent both at the reception and breakfast attendant. Since its a complimentary buffet breakfast, we cannot expect more. Room was clean and smell fresh. We had a short but sweet stay. Thank you!
