    The place was very clean and the parking was great. Public transportation was also easy to access. It is affordable, wifi is strong, and the ac in the room is amazing! Now the bad... Do not book this if you want to swim in the pool. The pool may be big and clean but there is a reason it is always empty-the water is freezing! You could call the reception to ask them to make the water warmer, but they won't. They will say it will get warmer in 30 minutes-it wont. Breakfast is horrible. I've had hospital food that was better.

    The hotel is nice for the price. My main concern is for the gym which is supposed to have 6 cardio machines , but only one of them work. The management was advised of this and said they were going to repair/replace the machines. One month later on another business trip, nothing is fixed.

    Very bad experience and worrisome- I was heckle by one of the housekeeper keepers at the lobby in front of people. I jad politely told the front staff that it was 15:00 and that the room should be ready, because it wasn’t, i had come earlier and was told to come back at 14:30 that the room would be ready. I wasn’t mad , I just asked why it isn’t,Then the housekeeper started to yelled at me that I should know the check in was 15:00 . Which it was 15:00Then the worrisome part, I went to the room, my girlfriend was undressing to go in the shower, the door of our room opened up, the same staff who yelled at us came in, mumble she thought there was no one and left.How can you be resting knowing people can come and go in your room without even knocking.The lobby clerk said she will tell the manager but we haven’t heard anything, no even a discount for a terrible service and Im a best western member.

    The room was dirty and the $250.00 cost was not worth it. Additional cost for continental breakfast was 12 per person. We were there for one night and it was certainly not the standard of best western that we have stayed in the past. We were disappointed with the staff at check-in as we were put in a handicap room without even being asked.

    This hotel was great value for price paid. It had all the amenities needed for our family stay.No hidden fees beyond normal taxes, federal, provincial, and local.Breakfast buffet was extra but good value for price charged. No need to go out to a restaurant.
