    WORST EXPERIENCE – EXTREMELY POOR MANAGEMENT AND REFUND PROCESS

    I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights at Hotel Brossard. At check-in, I clearly asked about early checkout and was explicitly told there would be no penalty as long as I checked out before 11 AM.On the last day, I checked out at 6 AM, returned both room cards to the front desk, and was again assured that the refund for the unused night would be processed once the supervisor arrived later that day.Since then, the experience has been extremely frustrating. I called multiple times and left voicemails, and only managed to reach the supervisor after about a week. He mentioned there was a system change and a computer issue that caused some reservations and payment records to disappear, and that he had escalated the issue to accounting.It has now been close to a month, and I am still waiting for a refund for one unused night on one room. The issue remains unresolved, with no clear timeline or proper follow-up.Overall, the communication and management handling of this situation has been very poor. While the supervisor claims to be pushing accounting, the lack of accountability and delay is unacceptable.WARNING: IF YOU ARE BOOKING MULTIPLE NIGHTS AND MAY NEED TO ADJUST YOUR STAY, BE VERY CAUTIOUS. HONESTLY, THE COMMUNICATION AND FOLLOW-UP HAS BEEN VERY DISAPPOINTING. STILL WAITING ON A SIMPLE REFUND THAT SHOULD’VE BEEN STRAIGHTFORWARD.

    The exceptionally dirty floor throughout the room and toilet area left us shocked at the low standards of cleaning that this hotel was following.On the other hand the bedsheets were strongly chlorinated which really messed up our sleep.

    This hotel is priced perfectly for quick visits to Montreal. It is very comfy, clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and efficient. Free parking is a bonus, plus breakfast is included in the price. The exterior is impressive, looks like a chateau!

    The hotel is clean and rooms are comfortable. The A/C is turned off in the winter but facilities brought a fan up to our room which was greatly appreciated. What i wasn't happy about is that we arrived early and after driving for 10 hours wanted to check in early and freshen up. This was not a problem and a room was ready however you are charged $10.00 an hour for every hour you are early...so we were charged an additional $20.00 on top of the room fee. I could understand this if they had to pull staff to get a room prepared for us but when a room is cleaned and ready for guests already I felt this was very poor customer service. This policy should be revisited.
