    Good room nice staff but stairs

    This was my second stay within a week. This time I had to climb the stairs. Not a pleasant exercise. In the future, this is likely to be a dealbreaker. For those with unlimited energy, know the room was spacious, well-appointed and comfortable. I missed the TV guide but just went through the channels until I found what I was looking for. The staff on the floors were great. The shuttle driver was helpful with the luggage. Be sure to make reservations for the shuttle and lastly, know the shuttle pickup and drop off is often not all that convenient.     First time staying with them and will definitely stay again. Check in was quick and easy, room was clean and updated. Breakfast was always great and midday coffee and cookies were appreciated! Location was perfect for easy access to highways or grocery stores and dining!

    Having been invited to a special family event on Boulevard St-Jean north of Autoroute 40, we booked this place as did other members of our family. We are glad we did.The room was spotless, the amenities were perfect: they even had an iron and an excellent ironing board in the room. And the location is great: the vast Fairview Shopping Centre is a mere five-minute drive from this hotel.On top of that, you could not ask for friendlier staff. Even the young man outside sweeping the parking lot in the morning had a broad smile on his face.Highly recommended.

    Since the government takeover during COVID, which closed the hotel to guests to accommodate viral refugees (or potentially viral travellers), this hotel has gone down the rat hole. Management forgot it’s in the hospitality biz and treats every customer like a medical refugee. I’ve stayed more than 200 nights overlast 10 years and they won’t see me again. I'm sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay. We were closed in 2020 due to covid pandemic (as were many hotels), however, we resumed business as usual a couple of years ago. Seeing as you have not included any information about who you are or when you stayed, I can only assume this is a false review.
