    Perfect location and very good prices. Stayed for three nights. Yes, the rooms could use some work but they are clean and spacious. Huge TV, comfortable beds, and good shower.The front desk staff were amazing, which is the main reason for the 5-star review. Easy walk to the metro, very close to Bell Centre, and lots of good pubs/restaurants in the vicinity.     Good location for going to the Bell Centre, but the hotel is small and run down. Parking is a block away in another hotel and $40. Room was dated but functional. Not the best, but also not the worst. Fair for the price - better if you don’t have a vehicle to park.     The pictures showing the rooms used in advertising this property are misleading and false advertising. The carpets are ripped, splatter of some type of liquid on the wall, and overall condition is very poor. Stay away from this property!!!     Our planned stayed was from August 14-17/ 2025. We stayed one night. The hotel was dirty, dated, gross. Yes it was in a great location but we had to leave. Moved to another hotel. The night we did stay we made them move us to a different room, strip bed while we were watching, check for bugs, then remake with clean sheets.     It wasn't the best hotel. This was not worth the Expedia points that we used for it. The room was old, the hallway floor outside our room was filthy, and there was a strong marijuana odor. The first impression wasn't good. We paid $40 for parking; the hotel would transport you to another hotel for parking. Street parking is a nightmare. Breakfast is served in the dingy basement. The hotel has to be updated. I would say based on the stench of marijuana and the unclean hallway. A stay here is not something I would advise. Disappointing stay.
