    VERY dirty room for my friend and guy at the reception told me to sleep on the floor because my mother couldn’t arrive before 10 pm

    We had a great time at this hotel. The reception I received was fantastic. The owner tried to get me a spot for my second night there but due to using points , it was unavailable. It was great that he went out of his way and tried though. Check out what easy. The convention I attended was held here so moving my display items in was easy.

    The room was 89F when I arrived; it took over 2 hours to cool down. The room was dirty, water damaged, had rotten baseboards, and very musty. I had to call twice after check out to get an invoice sent to me. The staff seemed nice in person but very rude and confused over the phone. I stay in many hotels; you are not even close to keeping up with your competitors. The Wi-Fi was terrible, and there was a beetle infestation at the front doors.

    Horrible hotel. Dirty. Old. Musty. Rude employees. Mold on walls. Smelled bad. Not take care of at all. Humidity in the room was unbearable. Not only was it ugly, but also uncomfortable. WAY too expensive for what you get. Barely anyone stayed there. They will not check anyone in early. If it’s a 4 check in, that’s when you can check in. Don’t waste your money. Disgusting.

    We are a non smoking family. My wife daughter and I, therefore I did book a night at this hotel for that obvious reason. The host however decided that I was smoker and gave me rood warning, I assured him that we did not smoke, then came a second warning from this individual, it got me upset, I said to him that I had told him already that we did not smoke, he ended up telling me that if I smoked he would charge 200 dollars, No wonder this place was empty
