    Great customer service and location on the good part of town . Rooms are big and all amenities are nearby. Rooms were tightly audio closed and well separated .

    False online advertising. When we were booking in October 2025, the hotel advertised an airport shuttle and a complimentary breakfast. When we arrived In Montreal, we found that the shuttle had been discontinued in 2019, as was the complimentary breakfast. Reception at the hotel desk had been instructed to have guests blame their home-town travel agents for not telephoning the hotel to confirm that the online advertising was accurate. And it cost us an extra CDN$100+ for the two taxi rides and the hotel breakfast.Oh, by the way, the hotel facilities were up to the usual Days Inn standards.     Room was completely different than shown in pics. Not really clean. Toilet tank was taking 10-15 minutes for refills. Terrible experience.     I stayed last weekend and did not feel safe staying at this hotel at all. My car was stolen from this hotel parking lot while parked overnight. Next day morning pictures with broken glass can be seen in the front spot where my car was parked and taken from the parking lot overnight.     Better to spend more on a hotel with airport shuttle than $60 on taxis for this

    I tried to save $50 over the nicer hotels such as Holiday Inn but it backfired as Days has no airport shuttle and I spent $60 on taxis. So overall spent the same but Days Inn is nasty - moved rooms because of overpowering air freshener smell, lighting is poor, location miles from anywhere to eat. Staff we great, linen clean although carpet soiled. Just a tired bleak nothing hotel.
