Unable to reach hotel to get shuttle from train station 3 blocks away.Very poor lighting in room.Breakfast buffet was mediocre and overpriced.No free coffee in lobby ($3.50/cup).Restaurant prices were too high for quantity and quality.

Amazing for an airport hotel.

For an airport hotel, this place was excellent. Very clean, well looked after with friendly and helpful staff. Room was well sized with a 5 star shower and comfortable bed. Didn’t try the restaurant but it looked nice with a varied menu. Breakfast was nice and inexpensive. Would recommend.

Nice and quiet place to stay right outside of Montreal. Takes a little bit to get downtown into the city, but overall a decent place to stay. Has a suburban vibe to it. Large modern room with Nespresso machines! What a treat! Very clean. A perfect choice arriving at 1am. I was able to rest at a comfortable hotel by the airport. Good shuttle service. I’m sorry to hear that the recent changes we’ve made to our breakfast service have been disappointing for you.We recently changed our breakfast service from a hot buffet to an à la carte format. This adjustment was made to align with other Hilton properties, as the buffet is no longer part of the brand standard.We understand that this change may be disappointing for our regular guests who loved our buffet breakfast, trust me we get it, it was great! However, moving to an à la carte breakfast service helps us significantly reduce food waste and better follow brand guidelines, while still offering flexibility and value through the credit.Since our opening, we had always chosen to offer the hot buffet to our Hilton members at no extra cost, even though the official standard is a continental breakfast. We made this exception for many years, as we wanted to enhance the guest experience.We now offer a 18.00$ food & beverage credit, which guests can use not only at breakfast, but also at our restaurant and market. For travelers with very early flights, this option is often much more convenient, since they can use the credit even if they cannot attend breakfast service.That said, we are very open to feedback on how we can continue improving our à la carte menu.
