It is connected by an underground walkway to the Palais des Congrès Convention Centre as well as Chinatown, Old Montréal (Vieux-Montréal) and Place des Arts. Complexe Desjardins, a retail and office complex is adjacent to the hotel and offers over 120 shops, boutiques and restaurants. Guests will also find nightspots in the immediate vicinity, in Sainte-Catherine Street. The Mont Royal ski slopes are only a 10-minute drive away. Links to the public transport network are in the immediate vicinity and the train station is 10 minutes away by public transport.

    Great reasonably priced hotel with fantastic parking for low clearance supercars

    The rooms were perfectly fine, clean and no issues with accommodations at this price range. The hotel gets very busy from random events at all times of the year, so elevator access to your floor is a little delayed given the number of people coming in and out. Signage from the mall parking lot is not the best, but adequate even if it doesnt direct you to the fastest route to the hotel elevator.The biggest positive is that the parking is at the attached shopping mall, which means that it is suitable for low slung sports cars and super cars, with no concerns over entry and exit clearance. Parking spots in the mall are generously sized and it is very easy to find ideal spots that are protected on either one or all sides from adjacent cars. Except for public access, this was among the best parking we have so far found in Montreal.

    Had a really disappointing experience and would not stay here again. Raised complaint that was not resolved. Hotel needs upgrading, rooms drab and need refurb. Exec experience disappointing and some staff not helpful. Overall expensive for what it is.

    I had an amazing stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Montreal. The hotel itself was great, but what really made my experience special was the incredible service from the staff.I want to give a special thank-you to Redwan and Mathieu at the front desk. They were absolutely amazing—friendly, professional, welcoming, and always willing to help. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel like a valued guest and went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of.I also want to recognize Micheline and Anastasia, who took care of me during breakfast. They were both wonderful—friendly, attentive, and made breakfast feel like a very pleasant part of my stay.It’s easy to have a nice hotel, but it’s the people who make you want to come back.     Perfect Hotel in the Perfect City

    Very modern and clean hotel in a perfect location in downtown Montreal. The hotel is connected to a mall - Complexes Desjardins - which has a food court and shopping with lots of options. There is also an IGA Grocery in the building. The hotel also has a restaurant with amazing food and drinks - Restaurant Bivouac. The hotel staff are friendly and accommodating, which was a comfort since we are from the US and don't speak any French. The location is walkable to lots of attractions, restaurants, and landmarks, so we didn't have to drive anywhere. If we go back to Montreal, we will definitely stay here again.     Well appointed good quality hotel

    Evening arrival following about a 25-30 minute taxi ride from YUL airport . I am not sure about how many entrances the hotel has , but we had to enter through the area leading to the car park pass through some glass doors then get a lift to the 6th level to reach the lobby . Lobby was busy with guests checking in but there were two front desks opposite each other , so check in did not take too long , front desk team were friendly. My room was on the 16th floor. You get the feel of the size of the property as you make your way along the corridors to the room . Nice large Hilton standard room with all the expected amenities, clean room , big comfortable bed , good powerful shower although no anti slip rubber mat . Sleep was good , sound proofing was good too as was air conditioning.WiFi signal was ok, Some USB sockets , I tend to use my international travel plug . Hotel is in a good location with plenty of shopping areas , restaurants and bars nearby .
