    10 stars!!!! I’d be happy to give up my citizenship. The Salade Fraîcheur Au Parfum De Pêches/ Baby Arugula And Radicchio Peach Salad is sublime. The scene at Marquis has such a chic vibe. The staff is so compassionate and very attractive, I might add. Can’t wait to come back. Request something on the 9th floor to view the skyline and beautiful mountain scenery. I indulged guilty in 2 cookies. I feel no shame. Thank you, DoubleTree Team, for a wonderful stay.

    Bonjour, our room was perfect. But unfortunately the staff at the front area we dealt with were very disrespectful and rude. We are french speaking quebcois and your employee refused to speak in french when my husband asked to be served in french.. I was staying with a group of 8 year old hockey group. The group were 40 french speaking clients . There was a small problem in a salle that they had reserved on the Friday evening and a english only employee was sent to resolve it. I could not believe this happened, of course his comments were not welcomed by the french speaking parents, and I cannot blame them. If tables were turned it would be on the evening news as a discrimination incident against english people in Quebec. My husband went to the front desk with my granddaughter to try to solve the problem but again the woman did not speak french. She refused to give her name and made a smart remark in english thinking they did not understand english. When the french speaking quebec clients are treated like that in their province it does not give your establishment a very good name.     Stayed at the hotel for one night. The room was spacious and clean, but very cold. The air conditioning and heating system was not working and was also quite noisy. The staff came to try to fix it, but were unable to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the cold conditions caused my daughter to get sick.     It's my first time at this hotel and we've rented a room for the weekend because my daughter is in a local ringette tournament. I was looking forward to this family vacation and heard that it a nice hotel. When entering the hotel it appeared very clean, new ,and up to date. I called ahead to make sure my room was clean, with which the person on the phone replied, yes, your room is ready for early check-in. Being 2 and 1/2 hours away and just arriving we headed to the hotel to check in. When I arrived I was told that my room that was assigned to me was not in fact not clean, so I waited for a room to come up. 30 minutes later I was given a room and we headed up to drop our stuff and leave again because we were now on a time crunch to make it to my daughter's first game. As we got out of the elevators, I noticed our room was right outside of all of the elevators. Unfortunately this room wouldn't work for us because my youngest daughter wouldn't sleep well, nor my oldest who is playing in a tournament all weekend. I called front desk inquiring about another room right away and I was told" sorry, this room was your assigned room, we can't change your room now". Which in fact, this was not my assigned room because my assigned room that was supposed to be clean was not actually clean on my arrival. So I was given an alternative room. When I informed her of this the answer was still ,no! Not very impressed at all to say the least with the customer service. Waiting 30 minutes to get another room when my initial room was already supposed to be clean, and then getting a room outside of a stack of elevators. Just being told simply no we cannot accommodate you whatsoever is terrible customer service . Not to mention their TVs are quite outdated. You cannot even get Netflix or hook up your phone to the television , it's pretty much cable. I would not suggest this place, unless you plan on not staying in your room whatsoever.     Avoid this place. Your vehicle must be stolen and never be found.If you must stay here, don't ever drive in with your car.
