    Loved this hotel! I booked directly through Hilton’s website for day use, and the entire process was seamless. After landing, I called the hotel and the complimentary shuttle picked me up promptly. The drive from the airport took about 15–20 minutes, depending on traffic.The staff member who checked me in was extremely friendly and made me feel welcome right away. Check-in was quick and efficient. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and felt newly renovated.I would absolutely stay here again for any long layover at YUL.

    Very Comfortable Hotel with Shuttle Service to the Airport

    We stayed here the night before our flight out. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport which we appreciated. We dropped our rental car off and grabbed the shuttle to the hotel. The following morning we took the shuttle straight to the airport and it was very convenient.The front desk staff was very friendly. Our room was immaculate and looked like it had a recent remodel. The marble floors were nice, the furniture was all clean and modern and the bed was very comfortable.The only recommendation I will make is to request a room away from the road out front, it gets quite loud. The drinks in the evening were nice and we ordered dinner too. Everything was great. Breakfast the next morning was good with options and an omelet bar before we had to leave for the airport. If you need a hotel for a night before or after flights, this is a very good option.

    Hotel is located not far from Pointe Claire Mall and the airport. Spacious rooms with very comfortable beds, great bathrooms and excellent showers. Very friendly check in service, secured parking for $15 per day. Excellent morning breakfast. We were late on the second day and the staff kept the restaurant open and made my kids bacon and delicious croissants. This was very much appreciated. A special thanks to Steve at the bar for great conversation and great service and Eric who went about cleaning even though the bar was about to close. Just hard working and friendly. Overall, amazing staff and a very clean, great experience. My absolute hotel of choice in west Montreal.

    Car STOLEN!

    On our first night at this Hilton, my car was stolen early in the morning from the front parking lot. Hotel staff seemed unfazed and simply told me to call 911. No one from the hotel offered assistance until the manager arrived around noon—and only after I requested to review the footage. Security was poor, and honestly, it didn’t feel like this was a rare occurrence. I would not recommend staying at this location. Very disappointed—Hilton should do better.It’s unfortunate to pay so much for a hotel stay and not feel safe—especially when traveling with your family. While the hotel did refund my stay, it doesn’t come close to covering the cost of a stolen car or the emotional stress we endured.If you're considering this hotel, please read the reviews and be aware that vehicle theft in this area of Montreal is a growing issue. Don’t learn the hard way like I did.

    We stayed here over the Christmas break to visit family in Montreal. Very lovely hotel with excellent and friendly staff. Our room was very large, very clean and quiet. Breakfast was plentiful and I loved the lady at the omelette station. Hope to be back soon.
