    There is no option for 0 stars, but I would absolutely give it.I had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life here. My wedding ring went missing from my room, and the way the situation was handled was even more disturbing than the loss itself.Staff entered my room without authorization. When I went to report this, I was initially told they had no idea who these people were. Later, the same representative contradicted himself and admitted they did know. Throughout the entire interaction, he was inconsistent, irresponsible, and extremely disrespectful.At one point, he even implied that I was lying, saying I was “just hearing stories,” while his staff claimed they had never entered my room at all. The contradictions didn’t stop there. When I asked them to check the security cameras, I was first told that no one was seen entering my room. Shortly after, he changed his statement and said he didn’t actually have access to the cameras covering my room.He also made contradictory excuses about his staff—first saying that an employee only spoke Spanish, and later claiming she spoke English perfectly.To make matters worse, when I asked for an official complaint book, I was handed a blank sheet of paper with no protocol, no form, and no proper procedure. That alone shows how little accountability this place has.This level of dishonesty and lack of responsibility is unacceptable. Not only did I lose a valuable personal item, but I was treated with disrespect and dismissed instead of being helped.This hotel is completely unreliable and unsafe. If you care about your belongings and expect basic professionalism, do not stay here.

    Rokia is genuine and has amazing interpersonal/customer service skills. I liked the privacy, the room was clean and well presented. I wish we could get plastic plates and butter from the front desk or the dining hall though.

    This place is at best 2 stars. The images on the web site are not reality.Rooms are large enough but very tired. The bathroom is new but done by an amateur as finish is third rate.Some parts could be renovated but not our area for the same money.At breakfast only hot item is pancakes. Occasionally an apple or two. Mostly toast, cereals, pancakes, cakes coffees d paper plates. You clean up.Location is good. Close to bus station and easy walk to most point of interest.QANTAS has a lot to answer for. They need to vet sights before placing them on their website.

    This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. There was no power for many hours, and although I was promised a checkout and refund, the hotel kept my 4-day refund. The receptionist, Laylay, was very deceptive and unhelpful throughout.The rooms are extremely dirty, with no refrigerator, poor security, and a general feeling that this is not a proper hotel but rather a family home turned into a business. Breakfast was terrible — not even basic items like eggs were provided.The only acceptable part was that the bathroom looked decent, but that is nowhere near enough to make up for the overall experience.I would honestly rather sleep in my car at a Walmart parking lot than ever return to this place. Avoid at all costs.

    I wish i read the reviews on this establishment before making my booking. This is one of the worst service i have gotten from an hotel in a while. I booked a room that i stayed in for roughly 5 hours. I paid a deposit of $250 and they told me it would be back within 2-3 business days. I have waited 10 days thinking it could take some more time , i decided to call them and they replied saying that they smelled cigarettes in the room and they would not give me back my deposit. This is absurd as i know for a fact that i did not smoke in their room. Their claim is due to the fact that they found a box of empty cigarettes and an empty alcohol bottle that i threw in the bin. This is one of the most stupid argument i ever heard. They want to charge me because they found empty boxes of smoke in my HOTEL BIN ( that i closed ). Keep in mind i am 1000% positive that i never smoked in their hotel ( after paying $250 for deposit it would be a very stupid thing to do ). I tried contacting management and i have had no answer so far. I will be going to their establishment to sort this issue , if its not solved i will be looking to take further legal action because this is unacceptable. Knowing the fact that i never smoked in their room , it is really upsetting that they are trying to take my hard earned money for something that never happened. WORST EXPERIENCE IN HOTEL I HAVE GOTTEN FOR A LONG TIME. I paid $80 for a room and they are trying to take an extra $250 off me this can not be legal.
