    From check in to check out excellent service. Pascal checked us in and was informative & thorough. The staff at breakfast in Roselys were very welcoming & friendly. We had a King room with a view of the city and Montreal circle- - wow! The room was more European size (smaller than US), but very well laid out and linens/bed comfy and very clean. The only negative is the size of the shower, BUT only if you are over 6'4" and heavier then I might ask about getting a room with a larger shower. Great gym with staff person available and nice pool & hot tub. Loved the location. Train directly below, walked to Mount Royal (good work out r/t) and Old Town. The whole experience did feel like everyone went out of their way to be welcoming and friendly. Lovely hotel.     This hotel had a fantastic buffet breakfast, but now it's a menu order and it's horrible, very poor quality, very poor quantity witch I would advise to not come to this hotel , low standards now compared with what it was ..Stay away, my advise ..     Poor service basics, some terribly up-nosed staff and some extraordinarily hospitable staff

    The good - Walkable location to old city. Valet were very courteous. The bad - Up-nosed staff is sprinkled through out housekeeping. Service is snail slow and on top of it housekeeping staff shows arrogance.The overpriced rooms ($700+) don't even offer breakfast.I can go on, but I am still waiting for my shaving kit that I requested 45 minutes ago and I will need to go to nearby store to buy it...     Outstanding Hotel!

    Wonderful Hotel! Conveniently located and a short walk to old Montreal. Shops and restaurants close by. Under Hotel is a underground network of shops,restaurants and the Central train station.Hotel restaurant was excellent including coffee and sandwich shops. Staff super friendly. Rooms very clean and beds extremely comfortable! Very impressed with this hotel and I would definitely stay there again!     Unsatisfied - I am used to better quality in Accor

    Positive:- WLAN was working well.- They put a fridge in the room after asking for it.Negatives:- I had a room with 2 rooms. Heating was not working in the first one (but at least in the sleeping room). The next day, I asked if they could fix it. They said they will try and come back to me if it does not work. They never came back to me, and it continued not to work till the end of my stay.- Lightning in the room is suboptimal. If you have a suite, you would hope that you have adequate lighting at the desk. Funny thing, there is a very good ceiling light at the entrance.- I asked for a late checkout (2 hours) very early on the day of departure (and the day before, but they told me to ask on the next day). After the service desk asked the supervisor, I was told it wasn't possible because too many people were coming in. I checked online and I was able to book 3 rooms of the same(!) category and all sorts of other rooms. I also asked what they could offer, but they couldn't offer 30 minutes.
