  Very disappointing stay

  Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing.First of all, the hotel is old, with worn-out furniture and shabby walls. The carpet in our room was full of stains, and the walls and bathroom doors were dirty, with visible marks and drips. The couch upholstery was also stained, and the window curtains looked old and unwashed.The sink drained very poorly — after running the water for just a minute, the basin would fill up because it drained so slowly. The toilet had the same issue: the water went down extremely slowly, which was very unpleasant. The lighting in the room was dim, and one of the lamps didn’t even work.The service wasn’t much better. We asked for an extra towel, and although the staff said they would bring it to our room, we never received it.Breakfast, which was included, was also disappointing — bland scrambled eggs, tasteless oatmeal and pancakes, plain yogurt, and weak coffee. The breakfast area looked as shabby as the room: dirty, worn-out chairs and tables, uncomfortable low couches, and not enough seating available.Even the luggage carts were in terrible condition — they were so heavy and stiff that it took a lot of strength to move them. For an average woman, it was almost impossible to push one without help.I understand this is not a five-star hotel, but any hotel that charges guests should at least be clean. Old buildings are not an excuse for dirty carpets, stained walls, or broken plumbing. This property really needs serious maintenance and cleaning.I would not recommend staying here.

  Just spent 3 nights at this hotel while visiting family. Everything was good. Room was clean with comfortable bed. Great customer service. Breakfast was good.

  I recently stayed at this hotel, and I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I had stayed here about 7 years ago, and at that time, my only complaint was the limited gym hours. Sadly, the hotel has deteriorated significantly since then and has not made any improvements.The hallway carpet had a terrible, unbearable smell. Every time I walked through the hallway to the elevator, I had to cover my nose just to avoid the stench. The entire hotel feels outdated, and the carpets and overall cleanliness leave much to be desired.The air conditioning unit in my room was also a big problem—it looked like it hadn't been maintained in years, with what appeared to be mold or dirt inside. When I turned it on for just a slight heat setting, the smell was awful and made it impossible to use. On top of that, the thermostat, which seemed like the only updated piece of equipment in the room, didn’t even work because it had no batteries.Another issue was the noise. The doors slammed loudly, and I could hear everyone walking and talking in the hallways, which made it hard to get any peace. The room also lacked basic amenities like utensils, which was frustrating.The only positive was the bed—it was actually quite comfortable and provided a decent night’s sleep. However, that small comfort didn’t make up for all the other issues.It’s really disappointing to see how much this hotel has gone downhill. Seven years ago, the only issue was the gym hours, but now there are serious concerns with cleanliness, maintenance, and overall comfort. I would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made

  Rooms need light update

  Staff, Location, Breakfast, Everything is great about this hotel. My only dissatisfaction is that the carpet was really dirty in my room. Way past replacement time.Otherwise very clean.To be noted, Accessible rooms do not have a walk-in shower, it's still a tub. I asked for an anti-slip plastic mat and hotel did not have any.

  We both couldn"t sleep because of the sooooooo flat pillows. We asked the reception for extra pillows and they only had one left as flat as the others. I wasn't the only one asking for extra pillows.Also, the saussages and eggs at the breakfast buffet were unedible
