Location

This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Galeries d'Anjou.       CARS STOLEN!!!

      During our stay, my vehicle’s glass was shattered, glove compartment broken down to the wire while parked on the hotel property. In addition, two other members of our group had their vehicles stolen during the same timeframe. This indicates a significant security issue affecting multiple guests and raises serious concerns regarding the safety measures in place at the property. What was particularly concerning is that there was no manager on duty or available to properly address the situation when these incidents occurred. I feel like there was huge negligence on the hotels part, I expected a certain level of security. I have read many other reviews and realize that this is an on-going problem and for the hotel not to address this or let guest be aware is ultimately negligence. They took no responsibility which was more upsetting. Think about it to have three cars stolen or broken into in one night? DO NOT STAY HERE!
