    Staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful! Hotel fitness center was clean and well equipped for a hotel gym. The hotel decorated for Grand Prix weekend which was an awesome touch. Thanks for a great stay!

    Sleepless in Montreal……

    Sleepless in Montreal…….the hotel is located next to a highway and has no acoustic isolation whatsoever - extremely noisy. With this knowledge I asked well in advance for a room facing the other direction…this was simply ignored. The reception staff is unfortunately either extremely uncooperative or unprofessional - several attempts to change the room were prevented by varying excuses, at times contracting themselves. Staff at breakfast were not much better either….if things are missing, better not dare to ask. All in all, a standard Hilton Hotel with a very inefficient, uncooperative and unhelpful staff. If it had not been booked by the company, I would never have stayed there.     I travel to MTL monthly for work and this is my choice hotel. It is modern, clean and offers all the amenities from being able to work out in the gym, to snacks from the lobby to a delicious Italian restaurant. Location is great there is a small grocery store, Starbucks, Poke and Pizza steps away. Nina in Sales & Marketing has been fantastic! She is a great communicator, has booked my rooms on many occasions - even last minute. Her professional, friendly demeanor is so nice to see and greatly appreciated especially when I'm away from home. Thanks Nina!     Beautiful property, many of our employees stay here. Nina, the sales director is always super helpful along with Ciarra and also the events we hold here are a success. The area is full of restaurants and located pretty close to the airport and the metro is also close for easy access to downtown. I can only recommend!
