This hotel is located in Laval which is a suburb of Montreal, across the street from the largest shopping centre in Quebec and next to Cosmodome Space Camp, near the SkyVenture Montréal, La Récréathèque and many attractions and restaurants. It is located in the heart of downtown Laval, at the motorway hub A-15 and 440, 20 minutes from the centre of Montreal and it is the gateway to the magnificent Laurentians. Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 21 km.

Facility

4 suites, 92 single rooms and 80 double rooms are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, room service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. Complimentary newspapers are available. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The pleasantly heated water of the indoor and outdoor pools guarantees comfortable swimming. Fine weather can be enjoyed on the terrace. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including golf, a gym and aerobics.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. The restaurant has air conditioning and high chairs for children. A continental breakfast gives guests many appetising reasons to get out of bed in the morning. Delicious set menus are available at lunch and dinner.     Convenient and well located for Laval

    Been here a few times, with a review back in 2015 so this is due for an update. Booked via IHG for 169$ for a night. This included breakfast. It should be noted the hotel was closed for almost a year due to a flooding back in 2024, so the lobby was still under reno as of July 2025.Check in was friendly and was provided a room around noon.Room style did not change, clean and soberly decorated. Good bed and TV, clean bathroom, view of the highway. Breakfast was a buffet with scrambled eggs (with peppers and onions), sausage, beans, breads, fruits...Did not use the pool or gym (not sure they were re-opened).Plenty of parking and right next to the Laval Mall. Give it a chance!

    The staff were all amazing, kind, thoughtful, helpful and accommodating. The front desk staff were glad to answer questions and help with requests and accommodating special needs. The cleaning staff were so kind in helping with extra requests during the day. The noise from the construction was definitely uncomfortable during the day, and the pool was closed for construction during the my stay unfortunately.

    Don’t stay here- especially if you have children

    My recent stay at the hotel was highly disappointing. The property did not have a pool in use, and the room I was assigned was uncomfortably small and had an unpleasant odor.Our room ac wasn’t working properly during a heat wave. My husband looked at the fillers and they were plugged solid. Any wonder we all woke up stuffyThe staff demonstrated a lack of professionalism, and children were restricted from most activities, leaving them confined to a small room. On one occasion, staff members even raised their voices at them. Guests are unable to book a conference room for leisure use, which left us with the option of spending time in the parking lot, where I found screws and nails scattered on the ground.We had breakfast at the hotel only once, at a cost of $21.00 per person—something typically offered complimentary at comparable hotels. The food quality was poor; the waffles were extremely hard, and the eggs and bacon were served cold. In the end, we paid $21.00 for a bowl of cereal. Unfortunately, both the servers and supervisors failed to provide adequate service.Based on this experience, I would not choose to stay at this property again, even at no cost.     Normally I don't reviews hotels, for me hotels just to sleep and go to work next day, but that day changed my mind to find a receptionist asleep. He seemed like a nice person, the story is I arrived around 2 am to book a room, no one were in the hotel it looks empty, and receptionist was asleep, snoring loudly, completely unaware of my presence. Despite my repeated attempts to wake him quietly, he kept on sleeping. Eventually, he woke up, but by then I had already decided to find accommodation elsewhere. As I left the hotel without booking, I couldn't help but laugh at the absurdity of the situation, even though I was exhausted and really needed a room that day.     Excellent place to stay! The service was amazing, and the staff was so accommodating with our little one. The location was perfect, right next to a huge mall, and it was a short drive to old Montreal.
