  This hotel is in an up-and-coming neighborhood and the design is more elegant than your average Homewood Suites. The lobby is beautiful and the fitness room is much better than average. The pool was small but clean. We had a one-bedroom suite on a top floor and the room was smaller than we're used to at other Homewood Suites. We had to move furniture around to get the couch bed open and when it was open, there was no room to walk in the living room/kitchen area. The views were great though.Our only problem was check-in: they gave us the wrong key 3 times. Finally, after our 3rd trip up to the room and back down, they sent a repairman to the room. He told us there was no problem with our door; they'd just keyed the card incorrectly. Three times! Our fourth keys worked. Reception also didn't give us bottles of water, tell us about housekeeping or pool hours, explain where breakfast was, any of that. When we arrived they just looked up our name, gave us the wrong key, and sent us on our way.The parking lot is right under the building, accessible by the elevator.   Good Overall Experience

  Stayed here as part of a week-long getaway. Overall it was a good experience. Two things detracted from the experience: - We ordered from local restaurants. We were told that couriers from Uber couldn't come directly to the room and to take the food to the front desk. We told multiple couriers this and they did complied, but the Front Desk would then tell the courier to put the food on a table across the lobby, risking alone to just walk off with it. This policy needs to be reviewed. - There is no way to watch streaming services on the in-room TV. The WiFi doesn't allow devices like Chromecast to connect and there is no option on the TV to do it. It's 2025, I expect a better experience from Hilton. Overall it's a good Hotel in a good location, but some policies need to be reviewed.   Exceptional Customer Service, Comfort and Convenience

  As the company manager for a local theatre, I am often needing to house out-of-town artists while they work on our productions throughout the year. One of the first people I call for these stays is Nina Baratta (Assistant Director of Sales & Marketing) who is extremely quick at providing us very comfortable rooms at affordable rates. Sometimes our plans change drastically from one week to the next, but Nina is always flexible, communicative and very helpful (with a great sense of humour to boot!).The new facilities / rooms / suites are incredibly clean, comfortable and located within steps of a grocery store - a big plus for our guests who like to cook in their rooms. The restaurant located in the lobby is also a huge draw for foodies.An excellent choice for anyone wanting to stay in Midtown, whether on business or for fun!   I would like to write this review specifically for Sonia in the Blandino restaurant in reception. Who went above and beyond for us even after breakfast had finished due to technical issues went out of her way to get the chef to make something for us at our request. Even though lunch had started. Thank you once again! If you’re from London go to the blandino restaurant and try the French toast with maple syrup!!!   We really appreciated the layout of our suite for our stay in Montreal. We came to visit our family and we loved the location. We discovered a beautiful mall called Royalmount right close by.
