Location

The hotel is located in the heart of downtown Montreal. It is connected underground to 33 km of boutiques and restaurants, as well as the train station and subway. Notre Dame Cathedral and Old Montreal are both just a 10-minute walk away. The botanical gardens are 20 minutes away and the casino is 30 minutes away on public transport.

Facility

395 rooms, including 7 suites, 126 single rooms and 146 double rooms, are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. A baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.     I was there with my family and we enjoyed ourselves. We particularly liked the Cappucino machine in the 10th floor lobby, Place the cup push the button, no charge.

    Convenient location. Takes forever to get hot water in the shower. The breakfast spot advertises two buffets. Continental and American. In fact, neither is offered. À la carte is very expensive, and limited. On a previous stay staff were on strike but I was advised at check-in. My wife and I had a comfortable bed. The sofa bed for our son was extremely uncomfortable.

    CLEAN and perfectly located for enjoying Montreal. Roof top pool and spa were amazing. Our room was clean and spacious with nice city view. Thank you to Guy our sever at breakfast who gave us a short tour and explained the history of the vegetation and resident duck population on the roof top. Great spot!

    Visiting with our daughter and her children ages 7 and 10, we appreciated the hotel’s central location (metro station just below hotel) for sightseeing. The kids spent hours in the outdoor pool! Breakfast and dinners at the hotel restaurants were delicious. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds, with a lovely view of ducks and geese swimming in a little pond. We look forward to our next stay at Hotel Bonaventure.
