Location

The hotel is located in the centre of Montréal, just two blocks from Saint-Laurent Boulevard, which separates the east and west sides of the city. It is within walking distance of the Palais des Congrès, the Complexe Desjardins, the Place des Arts, UQÀM (university), the business district, scenic Old Montréal, the Latin district and The Village, not to mention Montréal’s exciting nightlife. The hotel is also within walking distance of three metro stations, where guests can discover fabulous boutiques in the expansive underground city centre.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 161 non-smoking rooms. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services include a transfer service, an alarm call service, a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus. Travellers with bicycles can make use of the on-site bicycle storage area. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. Guests have a view of the city from the balcony or terrace, which are standard features of some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. A safe and a desk are also available. A kitchenette with a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station is also provided as standard. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Meals

Dining facilities include a non-smoking restaurant, a breakfast room and a café. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals.

    Would not recommend, 1 bedroom suite had no plates, cutlary in kitchen area, dirty, for the cost I would have expected much better service and quality. We sincerely apologize that your stay did not meet your expectations. We understand how disappointing it must have been to find the kitchen missing basic utensils and to encounter cleanliness issues in the suite. Unfortunately, since our rooms do not have stoves, we do not provide dishes or silverware in the rooms, only disposable utensils upon request. Your comments regarding the overall condition and value are taken seriously and will be shared with our management team to help us improve both our service and guest experience.

    Location is great. Staff was also great - very professional, approachable and on point.Room was a bit deteriorated with debatable cleanliness. Limited toiletries in the room and no utensils in the kitchen. Low value for money.     Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hot/cold breakfast selection was very good. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. There was a slight odor in the hallway. The closet door was a little loose and fell off the tracks but not really a big issue. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.     Excellent location in downtown Montreal, close and convenient to so many attractions. Although building is old, our room was clean and cozy. Free breakfast is so good!
