  Horrible nasty and dirty. Found a bed bug . They didn’t want to rembourse my mom the full amount after we told them we are leaving after 29hrs of being there. Also the asian girl at the reception laughed in our face no respect whatsoever she deserves a nice slap in the face and she deserves something really bad to happen to her i hope she loses her job she doesn’t deserve to work with the public laughing in someone’s face after they possibly lose all there stuff after get infested with bed bugs.Shes a real B word hope she gets infested with bed bugs she won’t be laughing to hard after that

  My daughter lives a few minutes from here, and I stayed there once before, in 2022, and I was quite happy! My son and I were planning to drive there again this month, but his car needed more repairs than the 3000 mile round-trip would handle, so we canceled. I had reserved through booking.com, and I totally understood from the beginning that there was little the hotel could do about altering my reservation, but it didn't hurt to ask. They have BENT OVER BACKWARDS to be helpful and prompt. I just love these people! I'll never use booking.com again lol, but whenever I can make it back to visit there, I'll stay again at their hotel.

  Find somewhere else to stay. Old rooms, mold around the windows, cracks in the ceiling. Rock hard beds. Old/loud AC unit. Not worth the price at all. And i've also never had a basement room at a hotel before. Needs some major renos.

  I recently stayed at the Hotel Principal from August 14-15, 2021. Here are some points I will share from our stay:- First I will say that the staff is awesome and great service- We rented two rooms side by side on the main floor, one single and one double- Check in is only at 4:00 and check out is noon. One room was not completely prepared and had fruit flies and one room had used masks left in it- Rooms were average but no complaints, they have updated nicely but still need some work- WIFI is offered but does not work. Had one staff member tell me it doesn't always work since the router cannot handle the usage and another one check that I was using the proper information as she informed me it always works however we had none...- The walls are VERY thin and you hear EVERYTHING. We had a bowling alley on top of us with three young kids running, banging and screaming all night and all morning and the rooms on either side were the same with kids running up and down the hallway the whole time and having a very loud party in their room next to ours until past midnight with the staff not being able to reach them by knocking on their door or calling their room. We were told they are allowed until 10:00 PM and then the noise must stop or they risk having to pay a charge of $150 for excessive noise as per hotel policy. I do not wish ill on anyone however I do hope this was enforced (although I doubt it) and it really made our stay very unpleasant and we could not rest and relax or get much sleep.- In conclusion, great family hotel for young kids. If you want rest and relaxation, not the place to go. Bring ear plugs and make sure you have a good data plan. Hope this was useful.
